Abstract
This method is used for preparing of bricks and tiles of variable sizes used in building construction. It reduces the amount of water needed to make the plastic mass, which has a certain forming humidity and high strength with long duration and low porosity of the items. By this method, the ground raw material is watered with a slicker, which represents a uni-component or multi-component water-disperse system of clay and water, or clay, water and an electrolyte, or a mixture of 2 to 5 types of clay and an electrolyte. The slicker is preliminarily treated in a magnet field with an intensity between 0.5x10<5> and 10x10<5> A/m, rate of flow from 0.1 to 3.5 m/s, number of magnet contours from 1 to 10, and humidity from 18 to 22%.
