Abstract

Appts. is esp. suitable for paints which are kept in a homogeneous condition by mixing, and comprises the following:-A circular, rotatable base plate (1), which carries a number of boxes (3) contg. paint. These boxes are located equi-distant from the centre of the base plate. Each box is equipped with a mixer stem connected to a drive shaft via an eccentric. Each mixer stem is made up of two parts which may be connected together or sepd. The upper mixer stem (14) is connected to the eccentric. The lower mixer stem (12) is passed through the lid (2) of the paint box, coaxially, with a suitable stuffing box.
