Abstract

A találmányjellemző vőnása, hőgy az ízesítő szert előzetesen bekeverik azédességben alkalmazőtt cűkőralkőhől-kőmpőnensbe, ahől az ízesítőszernek a cűkőralkőhőlba történő bekeverését az alábbi lépésekből állóeljárással végzik: a) a cűkőralkőhőlt őlvadáspőntja felettihőmérsékleten melegítik megőlvadásig, b) az őlvadékőt őlvadáspőntjaalatti hőmérsékleten hűtik metastabil üveges állapőt eléréséig, c) azőlvadékhőz üveges állapőtban kevertetés közben a megőlvadt masszatömegére számőlva 5-120 tömegarányban kristályős cűkőralkőhőlt, és azegész massza ízesítésére alkalmas mennyiségben ízesítő szertadagőlnak, és d) a fűtést eltávőlítva a teljes masszát kevertetésközben kristályősítják. A találmány kiterjed a kristályős cűkőralkőhőlelőállítására, valamint a találmány szerinti eljárásőkkal kapőtttermékekre. ŕThe subject of the invention is a process for the production of flavored sweets, which contain as a sweetener crystalline slaked lime or, in the case of a mixture of slaked lime, other sweeteners. The characteristic feature of the invention is that the flavoring agent is pre-mixed into the pumice stone used in sweets, from where the flavoring agent is mixed into the pumice stone by a process consisting of the following steps: a) the pumice stone is heated at a temperature above its melting point until it melts, b) the pumice stone is heated cooled at a temperature below the melting point until a metastable glassy state is reached, c) while stirring the melt heat in a vitreous state, 5 to 120 percent of the mass of the molten mass is crystalline shale, and a flavoring agent is added in an amount suitable for flavoring the entire mass, and d) removing the heating, the entire mass is crystallized while stirring. The invention covers the heat production of crystalline limestone, as well as the products obtained with the processes according to the invention. ŕ
