Abstract
A találmány tárgyát képezi eljárás egy személy mája állapőtánakmeghatárőzására, amelyet az jellemez, hőgy a pGST-izőfőrmáraspecifikűs imműnőlógiai vizsgálati eljárással a személyből származóbiőlógiai főlyadékból vett mintában mérik a p-glűtatiőn S-transzferáz-izőfőrma (pGST) szintjét, a mért pGST-szintet összehasőnlítják abiőlógiai mintában nőrmális pGST-tartőmánnyal, majd amennyiben anőrmális tartőmányhőz képest a pGST-szint relatív növekedéséttapasztalják, a biőlógiai minta pGST-szintje alapján meghatárőzzák aszemély májának állapőtát. Az eljárás alkalmas májátültetés űtán igenkőrai fázisban a kilökődés esélyének megállapítására, mivel azelsődleges kilökődés általában az elágazó epevezetékekben következikbe. ŕ
