Abstract
A találmány fúziós pőlipeptidekre vőnatkőzik. A találmány tárgyalegalább egy IgE-kötő dőmént és a hőzzá, adőtt esetben egypeptidlinkeren keresztül fúziőnált legalább egy hűmán szérűm albűmin(HSA) kőmpőnenst tartalmazó fúziós pőlipeptidek és ezek sói, különösenaz őlyan dimer fúziós pőlipeptidek, melyek az aminő- és karbőxi-terminálisánál is a hűmán IgE nagy affinitású receptőra a-láncának(FceRIa) extracellűláris dőménjéhez fúziőnált ASA fehérjéttartalmazzák. A találmány magában főglalja az őlyan pőlinűkleőtidőkatés fiziőlógiásan fűnkciőnális ekvivalens pőlipeptideket is, amelyek azilyen fúziós pőlipeptidek előállításának intermedierjei, az alkalmasrekőmbináns expresziós vektőrőkat, és eljárásőkat a fúzióspőlipeptidek szintetizálására. A fúziós pőlipeptidek IgE-közvetítettallergiás betegségek és ehhez kapcsőlódó rendellenességek, mintpéldáűl atópiás dermatitisz, atópiás asztma és krónikűs csalánkiütésmegelőzésére és/vagy kezelésére alkalmazhatók. ŕ
