Abstract

A találmány tárgyát képezik atalálmány szerinti rizskészítmények előállítására szolgáló eljárásokis, továbbá a találmány szerinti rizskészítmény alkalmazásatöbbkomponensű, használatra kész élelmiszer-kompozícióban, valaminttöbbkomponensű, használatra kész élelmiszer-kompozíció. A találmányszerinti megoldás alkalmazható ízletes, megnövelt tápértékű éstermészetes úton, növényi vagy állati élelmi komponensekkel színezettrizsalapú ételek, például gyorsan elkészíthető rizsköretek vagy rizs-egytálételek elkészítése során. Ennek megfelelően a találmány tárgyátképezi a találmány szerinti rizskészítmény alkalmazása többkomponensű,használatra kész élelmiszer-kompozícióban, továbbá többkomponensű,használatra kész élelmiszerkompozíció, amely a találmány szerintirizskészítmény felhasználásával készült.
