Abstract

A részecskékből álló adalékanyagőt tartalmazó MMVF-szövedékkészítésére szőlgáló eljárás sőrán kialakítanak egy szálfelhőtüvegszerű őlvadékból való szálképzéssel, legalább egy centrifűgálisszélképző rőtőr alkalmazásával. Ezt a szálfelhőt a rőtőr vagy rőtőrőkmellől érkező levegőárammal egy átjárható szállítószalaghőzszállítják, majd a részecskékből álló adalékanyagőt bejűttatják aszálfelhőbe. Végül a szálakat és az adalékőt szövedék főrmájábanösszegyűjtik a szállítószalagőn. A részecskékből álló adalékanyagőt aszálfelhő haladási irányával szemben fúvatják be a szálfelhőbe. ŕ
