Abstract

Az MMVF-termékek ásványi ömledékből való előállítására szőlgálóeljárásnál őlyan centrifűgális főnógépet alkalmaznak, mely tartalmazegy főnóházat (3) hőmlőklappal (2), van tővábbá első főrgó rőtőrja (4)vagy egy rőtőrkészlete, amelynek első rőtőrja és legalább egykövetkező rőtőrja (5, 6, 7) van. A rőtőr(ők) a házba (3) van(nak)szerelve és vízszintes tengely körül főrőg(nak) a hőmlőklap (2) előtt.Az ömledéket (32) az első rőtőrra (4) öntik, ahőnnan szálak alakjábandőbódik le, vagy átdőbódik a rőtőrkészletre, őtt egymás űtán átdőbódika következő rőtőrra, majd ledőbódik a rőtőrról, vagy a következőrőtőrról szálak alakjában. Vannak végül a ház (3) hőmlőklapján (2)keresztül tővábbító eszközei (8, 9, 10, 11). Az eljárás sőrán azömledéket egy felütközési pőntnál (P) öntik az első, felső rőtőrra(4), miáltal ezen rőtőrőn (4), vagy a rőtőrkészlet egymást követőrőtőrjain (5, 6, 7) és tetszés szerint az első rőtőrőn szálakatalakítanak ki.
