Abstract

Sludge containing calcium fluoride (45-70%) and varying moisture content is dried, and hydrogen fluoride is added of preset amount based on analytical data. Additives for promoting adhesion of fine grains and increasing binding force and strength are added and mixture is homogenized. The mixture is compacted in an extruder, and obtained material is shaped and heat-treated to obtain a granulated product. Sludge containing calcium fluoride (45-70%) and varying moisture content is dried, and hydrogen fluoride is added of preset amount based on analytical data. Additives for promoting adhesion of fine grains and increasing binding force and strength are added and mixture is homogenized. The mixture is compacted in an extruder, and obtained material is shaped and heat-treated to obtain a granulated product. Alternately, hydrogen fluoride is added to sludge sample (100 mass parts) having moisture content of 5-10%. Then, copolymer (0.3-0.4 mass parts) for promoting adhesion of colloid calcium fluoride grains, preferably acryl or vinyl chloride acetate, carbon fiber or its waste influencing strength of final product, polypropylene fiber and/or natural fibers material waste or its mixture (1-2%), and a molasses influencing binding, hot curing resin and/or calcium aluminate cement (1-5 mass%) are added to the mixture. The mixture is homogenized, extruded and optionally shaped to obtain granulated product. After hydrogen fluoride treatment, aqueous solution formed using copolymer and molasses, and dried sludge solution (5-10%), are continuously added to obtain required grain size. The product is dried to specific humidity content.
