Abstract

Eljárás égési folyamat felügyelétére, amelynél kemencében, a kemenceágyában elhelyezett anyagot hő hozzávezetésével láng általi tüzelésrévén alakítják át, ahol legalább egy szenzor révén a láng és/vagy azágyban lévő anyag adatait (SF, SW, SB, Sz, MB, Mz) érzékeli és aszenzor által érzékelt adatatokbói (SF, SW, SB, SZ, MB, Mz) az ágybatörténő hőbevitelt (QB) meghatározzák és a minőségmeghatározáshozfelhasználják. A láng és az ágy hősugárzásainak (SF, SW, SB, Sz)adatait szenzorral meghatározzák és a bevezetett és/vagy termeltmennyiségeket (MB, Mz) energiára és anyagra normálják. A találmányszerint az égési folyamat szabályozásához az ágyba történő hőbevitelt(QB) a láng és az ágy normál hősugárzásának (SF/MB SB/Mz)különbségéből határozzák meg és egy bizonyos hőmérsékletnéloptimalizálják. A találmány tárgya még berendezés az eljárásmegvalósítására egy szenzor, a kemencében egy anyagot átalakító égésifolyamat adatainak (SF, SW, SB, SZ, MB, Mz) mérésére és egy számítógépa szenzor által érzékelt adatok kiértékelésére.
