Abstract

A találmány tárgyát izolált gyökértranszkripciós faktor nukleinsavakés az általuk kódolt fehérjék képezik. A találmány eljárásokat éskészítményeket biztosít a gyökértranszkripciós faktor szintjénekmódosítására növényekben. A találmány tárgyához tartoznak továbbárekombináns expressziós keretek, gazdasejtek és transzgén növények. Anitrátionra reagáló gének módosítása haszonnövények gyökereibenlehetővé teszi a rendelkezésre álltó nitrogénforrás maximáliskihasználását, aminek gazdasági és környezetvédelmi előnyei vannak. Azoldalgyökerek növekedésének fokozott kontrollja jól használhatótalajok rekultiválásában vagy eróziójuk megelőzésében. A gyökérzetbiomasszájának növelése a gyökérzetben termelődő különleges anyagokforrása.
