Abstract

A találmány tárgyát képezi eljárás kompoznit anyag előállításáraszervetlen anyagokból és szilán alapú kötőanyagokból, aholkötőanyagként egy vagy több Rn-Si-X(4-n) általános képletűszilíciumvegyületet alkalmaznak - ahol a képletben R jelentése azonosvagy különböző hidrolitikusan nem lehasítható csoport és X jelentéseegy vagy több hidroxilcsoport, vagy egy vagy több hidrolitikusanlehasítható csoport, amely lehet azonos vagy különböző, és n értéke 0-3, előnyösen 1 vagy 2 - amit a szilíciumvegyület mólszámáravonatkoztatva sztöchiometrikusnál kisebb mennyiségű vízzel bázikusvagy savas katalizátorok jelenlétében előkondenzáltatnak, ésszervetlen anyagként üvegszálak és/vagy ásványi szálak kötegeit,illetve fonatait használják. A találmány szerinti eljárást úgy végzik,hogy az előkondenzált szilíciumvegyületből 1-20 tömeg%-ot visznek felsztöchiometrikus mennyiségnél több vízzel együtt a szervetlenanyagokra, az így kezelt szálakat, fonatokat, illetve kötegeket avégleges formába viszik, és formatestté formázzák vagy sajtolják. Atalálmány további tárgya a fenti eljárással szervetlen szálakból ésszilánalapú kötőanyagból előállított kompozit anyag. Ó
