Claims (17)
- SZABADALMI IGÉNYPONTOK1. Eljárás polimer szálak hidro-szálkuszálására nem-szövött termék előállításához, azzal jellemezve, hogy a polimer szálat a hidro-szálkuszálás pillanatában a polimer szál üvegesedési hőmérsékletével (Tg) egyenlő vagy ennél nagyobb hőmérséklet hatásának tesszük ki, de ez a hőmérséklet kisebb, mint a polimer szál olvadáspontja.
- 2. Az 1. igénypont szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, hogy a polimer szál kezdeti modulusa > 50 cN/tex szobahőmérsékleten.
- 3. Az 1. igénypont szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, hogy a polimer szál kezdeti modulusa > 100 cN/tex szobahőmérsékleten.
- 4. A 3. igénypont szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, hogy a polimer szál kezdeti modulusa > 100 — 2000 cN/tex, előnyösen 50 - 1500 cN/tex, még előnyösebben 200 - 750 cN/tex, és legelőnyösebben 250 - 600 cN/tex szobahőmérsékleten.
- 5. Az 1-4. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, hogy a hőmérsékletet forró vagy túlfűtött vízzel hozzuk létre.
- 6. Az 1-4. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, hogy az adott hőmérsékletet infravörös hővel hozzuk létre.
- 7. Az 1-4. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, hogy az adott hőmérsékletet mikrohullámok segítségével hozzuk létre.
- 8. Az 1-7. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, hogy a polimer üvegesedési hőmérséklete (Tg) > 20 °C.
- 9. Az 1-8. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, hogy a polimer szálak üvegesedési hőmérséklete (Tg) 20-100 °C, előnyösen 50 - 70 °C.
- 10. Az 1-9. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, hogy a polimer, amely a polimer szálban van, poliészter, politejsav, poliamid vagy polipropilén vagy ezek kopolimerjei vagy keveréke.
- 11. Hidro-szálkuszálással létrehozott nem-szövött termék, amelyet az 1-10. igénypontok szerinti eljárás bármelyikével hoztunk létre, és amely polimer szálakból van kialakítva, azzal jellemezve, hogy a nem-szövött termékben a polimer szálak üvegesedési hőmérséklete (Tg) 20- 100 °C, és kezdeti modulusa 20 - 750 cN/tex szobahőmérsékleten.
- 12. A 11. igénypont szerinti nem-szövött termék, azzal jellemezve, hogy a nemszövött termékben a polimer szálak kezdeti modulusa 250 - 600 cN/tex szobahőmérsékleten.
- 13. A 11. vagy 12. igénypont szerinti nem-szövött termék, azzal jellemezve, hogy a polimer szálak a nem-szövött termékben 50 - 70 °C-os üvegesedési hőmérséklettel (Tg) rendelkeznek.
- 14. A 11-13. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti nem-szövött termék, azzal jellemezve, hogy a nem-szövött termék fajlagos térfogata > 8 cm3/g.
- 15. A 14. igénypont szerinti nem-szövött termék, azzal jellemezve, hogy a nemszövött termék fajlagos térfogata 8-15 cm3/g, előnyösen 10-15 cm3/g.
- 16. A 11-15. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti nem-szövött termék, azzal jellemezve, hogy a polimer a polimer szálakban poliésztert, politejsavat, poliamidot vagy polipropilént vagy ezek keverékét vagy kopolimerjeit tartalmazza.
- 17.
