A mechanism (17) operates between the cap (12) and the piston (14), which converts the rotational movement of the cap (12) into a linear displacement of the piston (14). There is also a retaining device (23) between the cap (12) and the piston (14), which holds the piston (14) on the cap (12) while the piston is pushed outwards. The packaging material (2) consists of several layers (plastic, cardboard).
