Abstract

E törzs tartalmazhat egy vagy több episzómális eredetű, autonómreplikálódó DNS-elemet, pl. plazmidot, amely hordozhat idegen, példáulE. coli eredetű, működésképes thyA-gént, továbbá homológ vagyheterológ proteint kódoló struktúrgént. Továbbá, a találmány tárgyátképezi a thyA-struktúrgén és szegélyező régióinaknukleotidszekvenciái, továbbá általuk kódolt proteinek (4. és 5. ábrántalálható szekvenciák). Ezenfelül, a találmány tárgyát képezi atalálmány szerinti Vibrio cholerae DthyA törzset vagy thyA- törzsettartalmazó vakcina.
