Abstract

Az eljárás könnyű, közepes- vagy nagysűrűségű (LDF, MDF, HDF)rostlemezek ragasztóanyagos rostokból formázott rostlemezből forrópréseléssel történő előállítására szolgáló eljárásra vonatkozik. A találmány lényege,hogy a csöves szárító vég-szakaszát ragasztóanyaggal - nedvesítőzónaként alakítják ki, amelyben a csöves szárító átáramlásikeresztmetszetének a megnövelése révén a rostkeverék áramlásisebességét csökkentik, és ezáltal turbulens áramlást idéznek elő,amelynek turbulenciáját járulékos levegő befuvatásával növelik,amelyet a kötőanyag befuvatásával egyidejűleg és azzal együttaxiálisan a nedvesítőzóna centrumába fuvatnak be, amelynek hosszúságátátmérőjének mintegy 5-10-szeresére választják.
