Abstract

Arészecskeelektródok (9) körül taszító erőtérvezető lemezkék (99)vannak elhelyezve, amelyek a részecskék szelektív vonzására ésvisszatartására vannak kiképezve. A részecskék szabályozásakor arészecskéknek a megkívánt vagy kijelölt részecskegyűjtő tartományhoztörténő terelésére és irányítására taszító teret alkalmaznak. Ataszító elektródok nem állandó elektromos teret létesítenek, amely arészecskegyűjtő tartomány közelében ellenőrzi, fókuszálja és eltérítia feltöltött részecskéket, valamint elősegíti a részecskékvisszatartását a kívánatos részecskegyűjtő tartományban.
