Abstract
A találmány eljárás gáztartalmú hólyagok gyártására. Lényege, hogy gázvagy gázelővegyület, folyadék és membránképző anyag keverékét olyanszakaszon vezetik át, amelyben azt nyíróerőknek teszik ki, és ezeket anyíróerőket egymáshoz képest legalább 20 m/s viszonylagos sebességgelmozgó felületekkel fejtik ki. A találmány továbbá berendezés gázzaltöltött hólyagok gyártására, amely rotoros-sztátoros keverőként vankialakítva. Lényege, hogy keverőkamrája (7, 20, 22) van, ez gáz ésfolyadék bevezetésére beömlésekkel (5, 6) van ellátva. A keverékelvezetésére kiömlése (28) van, és a keverőkamrában rotor (16) ésannak hajtása (11) van elrendezve. A rotor és a sztátor (18) egymássalegyütt működő kapcsolatban vannak. A sztátor és a rotor axiális ésegymással kapcsolódó nyúlványokkal (24, 25) és hornyokkal van ellátva,ezek radiális folyadéktovábbító egységekkel, előnyösen hornyokkal (26,27) vannak ellátva. Ezek nyíróerős szakaszokat (23a, 23b, 23c stb.)határolnak a keverék számára, amely a rotor és a sztátor közöttradiálisan vezethető a beömlésektől. Ó
