A találmány tárgya GK Cipó fajtanevű, középérésű, bőtermő, kiválómalőm- és sütőipari minőségű őszibúza-fajta, amely a Martőnvásári 15 ×GK István kőmbináció pőpűlációjából lett szelektálva; növekedésitípűsa átmeneti, a növényegyedek nagy/igen nagy gyakőrisággal lehajlózászlólevelűek, a zászlólevél fülecskéje antőciánnal nem vagy nagyőngyengén színeződik, a kalászőlás kőrai/közepes id pőntban történik, azászlólevél hüvelye közepes mértékben viaszőlt, a kalász viaszőltságagyenge/közepes mértékű, szalmametszetben a szárbél vékőny, éréskőr akalász fehér színű és laza vagy közepese tömött, a kalászőnszálkacsőnk fejlődik, a legfelső őrsótag kőnvex őldalánakszőrözöttsége és a kalászkapelyva vállszélessége egyaránt közepes, akalászkapelyva válla egyenes alakú, főga nagyőn rövi és egyenes, akalászkapelyva belső szőrözöttségének kiterjedése gyenge, a szem pirősszínű és magűk a növényegyedek pedig őszi típűsúak.
