Abstract
Das Ziel besteht in der Gewaehrleistung einer bestimmbaren, konstantbleibenden Temperatur des Beatmungsgases ueber die gesamte Behandlungszeit. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Vorrichtung mit geringem Gewicht, minimalen Abmessungen, kleiner Hysteresis und guter Sterilisierbarkeit zu entwickeln. Die erfindungsgemaesse Vorrichtung besteht aus mindestens drei ineinander angeordneten und auf Abstand gehaltenen Rohren, wobei das aeussere als Heizmantel ausgebildet ist und die inneren Rohre abwechselnd verschlossen und mit dem aeusseren Rohr waermeleitend verbunden sind. Das Beatmungsgas wird durch das Rohrlabyrinth zwangsgeleitet und sehr schnell auf die gewuenschte Atemgastemperatur erwaermt. Die Vorrichtung findet Anwendung bei der Beatmung von Partienten in Intensivpflegeinkubatoren sowie durch Beatmunsggeraete.
