Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine mehrschichtige schallisolierende Platte, enthaltend Bitumen und Polystyrol. Fuer die erfindungsgemaesse schalldaemmende Platte ist kennzeichnend, dass sie als Begrenzungsschicht Gewebe, Filz, Kunstleder, Gummi oder Schrumpf-PVC und auf diese Begrenzungsschicht nacheinander aufgebracht- eine Schicht aus Kunstharzbitumen oder Teer,- eine Schicht aus Kupfer- oder Bronzespaenen,- eine Schicht aus gegebenenfalls Weichmacher enthaltender kompakter Lederpulverkombination oder- eine Schicht aus Lederpulver, Bitumen und Polystyrol,-gegebenenfalls eine weitere Schicht aus Kupfer- oder Bronzespaenen,-gegebenenfalls eine Schicht aus poroeserer Lederpulverkombination oder- eine Schicht aus Lederpulver, Bitumen und Polystyrol,-gegebenenfalls eine Schicht aus in Harnstoff-Formaldehyd-Harz getauchter Basaltwolle undschliesslich eine zweite Begrenzungsschicht aus einem der fuer die erste Begrenzungsschicht angegebenen Materialien enthaelt. Die erfindungsgemaesse schalldaemmende Platte zeigt ueber einen breiten Frequenzbereich ausgezeichnete schalldaemmende Eigenschaften.The invention relates to a multi-layered sound-insulating board containing bitumen and polystyrene.
