Ti zahtjevi su ispunjeni odabirom ulja pamuka bogatog s Ω6 linolenskom esencijalnom kiselinom potrebnom za normalan rast i funkciju zdrave stanice kože te sprječavanje gubitka vlage i jačanje lipidne membrane. Nutritivni zahtjevi pojačani su dodatkom smjese organskih ulja marelice, avokada i sezama nosioca Ω 3,6,9 esencijalnih masnih kiselina, vitamina i minerala. Hidratantni kompleks disaharida u prirodnoj kombinaciji s amino kiselinama koži vraća prirodni faktor vlažnosti. Prirodna izvorska voda bogata mineralima, blagotvorni je medij za njegu osjetljive, suhe i dehidrirane kože. Odabirom prirodnog emulgatora krema je dobila baršunastu teksturu i omogućila prodiranje u dublje slojeve kože. Rezultat primjene organske kreme s Ω6 esencijalnom masnom kiselinom je potpuna njega suhe i dehidrirane kože lica koja rezultira mekom, svježom, elastičnom kožom s vidljivim smanjenjem bora.The invention refers to an organic cream with Ω6 essential fatty acid for dry and dehydrated skin. These requirements are fulfilled by selecting cotton oil rich in Ω6 linolenic essential acid necessary for normal growth and functioning of healthy skin cells and to prevent the loss of moisture and to strengthen lipid membrane. Nutrition requirements are intensified by adding a mixture of organic oils of apricot, avocado and sesame carrier of Ω 3,6,9 essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. Hydration complex of disaccharides in natural combination with amino acids restore natural moisture factor of the skin. Natural spring water rich in minerals is a beneficial medium for sensitive, dry and dehydrated skin. With a natural emulsifier, the cream became velvety and enabled deeper penetration into skin layers. The result of applying organic cream with Ω6 essential fatty acid is complete treatment of dry and dehydrated facial skin resulting in soft, fresh, elastic skin with visible wrinkle reduction.

Stabilna i hidratantna emulzija dobivena je upotrebom emulgatora iz prirodne baze.
Tehnički problem
Hidratacija kože danas predstavlja centralni problem u kozmetologiji za postizanje stanja mlade i zdrave kože. Suha i dehidrirana koža često je zastupljena već u ranoj mladosti, a naročito u zreloj dobi. To je posljedica mikro klime -povećana toplina i hladnoća zraka te pretjerano korištenje klimatizacijskih uređaja, neodgovarajuće prehrane, globalnih klimatskih promjena (ljetnih vrućina, naglih promjena temperature, hladnoće, vjetra ), stresa i ubrzanog načina života. Za dobivanje stabilne (djelotvorne emulzije potrebno je odabrati 100% prirodne , čiste i efikasne sastojke.
Stanje tehnike
Pregledom literaturnih podataka nađen je niz prirodnih ulja bogatih esencijalnim nezasićenim masnim kiselinama (riža, argan, avokado, jojoba, malina, pamuk, badem, orah, divlja ruža). Prioritet pretrage bila je analiza ulja bogatih s Ω6 esencijalnom kiselinom (linolenskom kiselinom) poznatom kao vitamin F. Nije nađena formulacija organskih ulja koja imaju najvišu količinu omega 6 nezasićene kiseline , koja zajedno sa hidratntnim kompleksom, prirodnom izvorskom vodom i prirodnim emulgatorom čin djelotvornu kremu-emulziju ulje/voda za njegu suhe i dehidrirane kože.
Nakon opsežnih ispitivanja , odabira različitih ulja bogatih omega 6 esencijalnom kiselinom, hitratantnih sastojaka i emulgatora odabrani su slijedeći djelotvorni sastojci:
Ulje sjemenki pamuka-hladno prešano, bogato je esencijalnim masnim kiselinama (linolenskom Ω6 -58%, oleinskom Ω3- 20%, palmitinskom Ω9-26%). Visoki sadržaj linolenske kiseline poznate kao vitamin F, jača kod suhe kože lipidnu membranu epidermisa i štiti od trans epidermalnog gubitka vode, poboljšava opskrbu hranjivim tvarima i kontrolira stanični metabolizam. Bogato je tokoferolima koji su odličan izvor vitamina E kao prirodnog antioksidansa, proteinima i mineralima. Ulje pamuka osim što savršeno hrani kožu pruža zaštitu osjetljivom gornjem sloju kože-epidermisu, na prirodan način ubrzava proces oporavka suhe i dehidrirane kože, lagano je i ne zatvara pore, kožu čini prozračnom, dajući koži svilenkastu mekoću.
Smjesa hladno prešanih ulja marelice, avokada i sezama te vitamina E i A. Odabrani sastojci obogaćuju kožu esencijalnim masnim kiselinama Ω 3,6,9 koje duboko prodiru u kožu, a pritom imaju antialergijska svojstva te su osobito pogodne za njegu vrlo suhe kože. Ulja su bogata vitaminom E, te kao snažan antioksidans djeluju u borbi protiv stvaranja slobodnih radikala i time štite od UV zraka. Sadrže vitamine A, E, D, B1, B2, K i PP koji poboljšavaju cjelokupno stanje kože. Idealni su sastojci za suhu, dehidriranu i oštećenu kožu zbog toga što unose u stanice kože esencijalne sastojke te povećavaju njezinu elastičnost i mekoću dajući mladenačku svježinu.
Hidratantni kompleks ima sastav sličan prirodnom faktoru vlažnosti jer sadrži higroskopne sastojke, mono i di saharide u prirodnoj kombinaciji s amino kiselinama, heksilen glikolom, heksil nikotinatom i ureom. Štiti kožu od gubitka vlage i nadoknađuje izgubljene sastojke. Ne iritira te je pogodan za osjetljivu kožu.
Prirodna izvorska voda je najveći dar prirode vapnenačkih vrhova i kamenjara planine Dinare bogata mineralima. Njezina čistoća i sastav dokazali su izvanredan učinak kod formulacije emulzije ulje/voda. Njezina je prednost što nije kemijski tretirana te je pogodna za osjetljivu kožu.
Emulgator iz 100 % prirodnog izvora je smjesa polistearat glukoze i cetil palmitata bez konzervansa. Pokazuje odlično svojstvo emulgiranja emulzija ulje/voda kod kojih se poboljšava upijanje u kožu, omogućuje stvaranje laminarne strukture, nastaje baršunasta tekstura i ugodni svilenkast i suh osjećaj na koži.
Izlaganje biti izuma
Cilj izuma je kozmetički proizvod organska krema s Ω6 esencijalnom masnom kiselinom za njegu suhe i dehidrirane kože.
Prednost izuma je da krema bude organska, jer sadrži minimalno 70% organskih tvari (isključujući'vodu), koje su bez pesticida, naftnih derivata, parabena i formaldehida.
Prednost je dana hladno prešanom ulju pamuka koje je bogati izvor Ω6 -linolenske esencijalne masne kiseline iz biljnog izvora potrebne za normalni rast i funkciju zdrave stanice kože.
Daljnji cilj izuma je izbalansirana smjesa prirodnih organskih ulja marelice, avokada i sezama uz dodatak tokoferil acetata i retinil palmitata. Koži daju sve potrebne nutritivne i emolientne sastojke Ω 3,6,9 esencijalne masne kiseline, vitamine i minerale. Njihovo svojstvo omekšavanja, zaglađivanja i zaštite omogućuje temeljitu hidrataciju i masnoću.
Daljnji cilj za postizanje hidratacije je upotreba hidratantnog kompleksa koji sadrži smjesu mono i disaharida u prirodnoj kombinaciji s amino kiselinama, heksilen glikolom, heksil nikotinatom i ureom. Sastav je sličan prirodnom faktoru hidratacije te štiti kožu od gubitka vlage i nadoknađuje izgubljene sastojke.
Daljnji cilj izuma je upotreba prirodne izvorske vode koja se crpi podno Dinare iz srca netaknute prirode. Voda ima bogati mineralni sastav, nije kemijski tretirana i ima blagi utjecaj u primjeni kod kreme za njegu osjetljive, suhe i dehidrirane kože.
Daljnji cilj za postizanje stabilne emulzije je emulgator iz 100% prirodnog izvora i to smjesa polistearat glukoze i cetil palmitata koji kremi daje baršunastu teksturu i omogućuje prodiranje u dublje slojeve kože. Konačni cilj izuma je djelotvorna krema za njegu suhe i dehidrirane kože koja sadrži visoki sadržaj Ω6 esencijalne masne kiseline.
Detaljni opis
U miješalicu za proizvodnju odvagne se 1.000 kg smjese polistearat glukoze i cetil palmitata (5%), 1.860 kg smjese organskih ulja marelice, avokada, sezama , tokoferil acetata i retinil palmitata (9.3%), 2.000 kg hladno prešanog ulja pamuka (10%) i 1.200 kg etilheksil metoksicinamata (6%). Sastojci masne faze zagrijavaju se uz lagano miješanje 15 o/min do 60°C. U spremnik za vodenu fazu odvagne se 12.380 kg prirodne izvorske vode (61.9%), 0.600 kg biljnog glicerina (3%), 0.800 kg hidro kompleksa smjese ksilen glikola, fruktoze, glukoze, saharoze, uree, dekstrina, alanina, glutaminske kiseline, aspartinske kiseline, heksil nikotimata i vode (4%). Miješa se s miješalicom 15 o/min i zagrijava do 70°C do dobivanja bistre otopine. Tako pripremljena vodena faza dodaje se u miješalicu za proizvodnju u kojoj je pripremljena masna faza. Nakon toga se uključi turbo miješalica 2000 o/min i emulgira 20 min. U fazi emulgiranja doda se 0.120 kg smjese benzil alkohola i dehidrooctene kiseline. Nakon toga uključi se hlađenje i miješa s miješalicom 30 o/min, do temperature 35°C. Doda se 0.040 kg smjese eteričnih ulja geranija i vanilije (0.2%). Miješa se još 15 min. Provjeri se pH vrijednost koja mora biti u granicama 6-6.5. Gotova krema prebaci se u spremnik, te nakon stabilizacije od 24 sata puni u odgovarajuću ambalažu.
Način primjene izuma
Organska krema s Ω6 esencijalnom kiselinom koristi se za dnevnu njegu suhe i dehidrirane kože lica. Koži je nadoknađena sva izgubljena vlaga i masnoća čime je postignuta prirodna ravnoteža. Koža je svježa, meka, elastična sa vidljivo smanjenim borama koje su bile uzrokovane ne učinkovitom njegom.

1. Organska krema s Ω6 esencijalnom kiselinom, naznačena time, da se sastoji od 5% mas. smjese polistearat glukoze i cetil palmitata, 10% mas. ulja pamuka, 9.3% mas. smjese ulja marelice, avokada, sezama, tokoferil acetata i retinil palmitata, 6% mas. etilheksil metoksicinamata, 3% mas. biljnog glicerina, 4% mas. smjese ksilen glikola, fruktoze, glukoze, saharoze, uree, dekstrina, alanina, glutaminske kiseline, aspartinske kiseline, heksil nikotimata i vode, 61.9% mas. prirodne izvorske vode, 0.6% mas. smjese benzil alkohola i dehidrooctene kiseline i 0.2% mas. smjese eteričnih ulja geranija i vanilije.
2. Organska krema s visokim sadržajem Ω6 esencijalne masne kiseline iz ulja pamuka, prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time, da se koristi za njegu suhe i dehidrirane kože lica.
