Claims (11)

1. Postupak za određivanje tjelesnih karakteristika, koji sadrži: prikupljanje skupova reflektiranih povratno raspršenih podataka (1003) za niz ultra-širokopojasnih (UWB) impulsa odaslanih preko UWB senzora koji se sastoji od niza parova antena za odašiljanje (TX) i primanje (RX) postavljenih na tijelo korisnika, i odgovarajuće kalibracijsko mjerenje iz kalibracijskog kanala u UWB senzoru; određivanje koeficijenata refleksije (1021) za svako sučelje tkiva na temelju skupova reflektiranih povratno raspršenih podataka, koeficijenti refleksije utvrđeni iz profila refleksije na temelju reflektiranih povratno raspršenih podataka za taj niz UWB impulsa i odgovarajuće kalibracijsko mjerenje, profil refleksije povezan s modelom slojeva tkiva u tijelu između UWB senzora i plućnog tkiva; i određivanje razine tekućine u plućnom tkivu (1027) na temelju koeficijenata refleksije, pri čemu skupovi reflektiranih povratno raspršenih podataka (1003) sadrže reflektirane povratno raspršene podatke dobivene za svaki od TX i RX parova antena u UWB senzoru koji se kombiniraju za generiranje širokopojasnog signala oblikovanog snopa (1006) za svaki skup reflektiranih povratno raspršenih podataka, i naznačen time što profili refleksije se određuju na temelju rijetke dekonvolucije (1021) širokopojasnog signala oblikovanog snopa tog skupa reflektiranih povratno raspršenih podataka (1003) korištenjem kompenziranog UWB oblika pulsa koji se temelji na odgovarajućem kalibracijskom mjerenju, pri čemu se kompenzirani UWB oblik pulsa kompenzira za promjene temperature.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se rijetka dekonvolucija (1021) širokopojasnog signala oblikovanog snopa implementira za svaki od K frekvencijskih pojaseva.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-2, koji sadrži: identificiranje dubine sučelja plućnog tkiva na gornjoj, srednjoj i donjoj točki u respiracijskom ciklusu plućnog tkiva (1024) na temelju koeficijenata refleksije; i gdje određivanje sadržaja razine tekućine (1027) u plućnom tkivu uključuje određivanje sadržaja razine tekućine na gornjoj, srednjoj i donjoj točki u ciklusu disanja.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-2, koji sadrži određivanje karakteristika slojeva tkiva smještenih između UWB senzora i plućnog tkiva.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time što karakteristike slojeva tkiva sadrže lokaciju najmanje jednog sučelja sloja tkiva ili dielektrično svojstvo najmanje jednog sloja tkiva.
6. Mobilni sustav za nadzor tijela (100), koji sadrži: ultra-širokopojasni (UWB) senzor koji se sastoji od niza antena (109) koji se sastoji od parova odašiljačkih (TX) i prijemnih (RX) antena (109), i kalibracijski kanal, UWB senzor konfiguriran da se postavi na tijelo korisnika (103); radio-frekvencijski (RF) prednji kraj koji sadrži UWB generator impulsa (106) spojen na TX antene (109t) niza antena (109) i UWB prijemnik (121) spojen na RX antene (109r) niza antena (109), gdje se UWB impulsi koje generira UWB generator impulsa (106) sekvencijalno prenose u tijelo korisnika (103) kroz TX antene (109t) i reflektirani povratno raspršeni signali primaju se kroz RX antenu (109r) tog para TX i RX antene (109t, 109r); bežični odašiljač (127) konfiguriran za komunikaciju podataka povezanih s reflektiranim povratnim raspršenjem i odgovarajućim kalibracijskim mjerenjem iz kalibracijskog kanala; i računalni uređaj konfiguriran za primanje podataka i određivanje tjelesnih karakteristika korisnika (103) na temelju reflektiranog povratnog raspršenja i odgovarajućeg kalibracijskog mjerenja, pri čemu kalibracijski kanal sadrži temperaturnu kalibracijsku petlju koja ima opterećenje poznate impedancije smješteno u blizini niza antena (109) pri čemu je računalni uređaj konfiguriran za: određivanje profila refleksije na temelju podataka povezanih s reflektiranim povratnim raspršenjem i odgovarajućim kalibracijskim mjerenjem za niz odaslanih UWB impulsa, profil refleksije povezan s modelom slojeva tkiva u tijelu (103) između UWB senzora i ciljnog tkiva; određivanje koeficijenta refleksije na temelju profila refleksije; i određivanje karakteristika ciljnog tkiva iz generiranih podataka ciljnog tkiva, pri čemu karakteristike ciljnog tkiva uključuju dubinu sučelja s ciljnim tkivom ili dielektrična svojstva ciljnog tkiva, pri čemu je ciljno tkivo plućno tkivo i pri čemu je računalni uređaj konfiguriran za prepoznavanje mjere sadržaja plućne tekućine na temelju karakteristika plućnog tkiva, i naznačen time što profil refleksije određen je kroz rijetku dekonvoluciju signala prosječnog širokopojasnog povratnog raspršenja na temelju podataka povezanih s reflektiranim povratnim raspršenjem za niz UWB impulsa, koristeći kompenzirani UWB oblik pulsa koji se temelji na odgovarajućem kalibracijskom mjerenju pri čemu se kompenzirani UWB oblik pulsa kompenzira temperaturne promjene.
7. Mobilni sustav za nadzor tijela (100) prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time što je računalni uređaj konfiguriran za istodobnu identifikaciju jednog ili više otkucaja srca, varijabilnosti otkucaja srca, brzine disanja ili plimnog volumena.
