Claims (14)
1. Sklop ventila (10), koji sadrži:
kućište (12) koje ima ulaz tekućine (14), izlaz tekućine (16), ispuh (18), i sekundarni ispuh (30);
više ventila za punjenje (20) od kojih svaki komunicira s ulazom tekućine (14) i izlazom tekućine (16);
više ventila za ispuštanje (22) od kojih svaki komunicira s ventilima za punjenje (20), više ventila za ispuštanje (22) uključujući barem prvi ventil za ispuštanje (22a) i drugi ventil za ispuštanje (22b) koji komuniciraju s ispuhom (18) i izlazom tekućine (16), te treći ventil za ispuštanje (22c) koji komunicira sa sekundarnim ispuhom (30);
prvi ventil za ispuštanje (22a) dopušta da kroz njega teče veća količina tekućine u usporedbi s drugim ventilom za ispuštanje (22b);
senzor tlaka (26) konfiguriran za generiranje signala koji ukazuje na tlak tekućine unutar kućišta (12); i
regulator (24) koji je konfiguriran, na temelju naredbenog signala koji je primio regulator, koji uključuje željeni tlak koji izlazi iz izlaza tekućine (16) u usporedbi sa signalom koji pokazuje tlak tekućine, da selektivno otvara i zatvara svaki od ventila za punjenje (20) i svaki od ventila za ispuštanje (22),
pri čemu je za stvaranje tlaka i izlaz tekućine iz sklopa ventila (10) na željenom tlaku, regulator (24) konfiguriran da selektivno otvara i zatvara više ventila za punjenje (20) i više ventila za ispuštanje (22) sve dok se ne postigne željeni tlak,
naznačen time što, kada su prvi i drugi ventil za ispuštanje (22a i 22b) zatvoreni, tekućini je omogućeno teći iz izlaza tekućine (16) kroz svaki od prvog i drugog ventila za ispuštanje (22a i 22b) do ispuha (18).
2. Sklop ventila (10) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je za smanjenje tlaka izlaza tekućine iz izlaza tekućine (16), regulator (24) konfiguriran da selektivno otvara i zatvara više ventila za ispuštanje (22) kako bi se omogućilo da tekućina izađe iz sklopa ventila (10) kroz ispuh (18).
3. Sklop ventila (10) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se tijekom podizanja tlaka tekućine, više ventila za punjenje (20) je otvoreno i više ventila za ispuštanje (22) je zatvoreno.
4. Sklop ventila (10) prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što kako se tekućina približava željenom tlaku, regulator (24) je konfiguriran da zatvori neke od ventila za punjenje (20) i održi neke od ventila za punjenje (20) u otvorenom položaju dok se ne postigne željeni tlak.
5. Sklop ventila (10) prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time što dok je tekućina pod tlakom do željenog tlaka, ako senzor tlaka (26) generira signal koji pokazuje da je tlak tekućine veći od željenog tlaka, regulator (24) je konfiguriran da zatvori ventile za punjenje (20) i otvori najmanje jedan od ventila za ispuštanje (22) kako bi se smanjio tlak tekućine dok se ne postigne željeni tlak.
6. Sklop ventila (10) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što regulator (24) uključuje pogonski krug ventila (28) u komunikaciji sa svakim od ventila za punjenje (20) i svakim od ventila za ispuštanje (22), pogonski krug ventila (28) koji je konfiguriran za primjenu napona na svaki od ventila za punjenje (20) i svaki od ventila za ispuštanje (22) za otvaranje i zatvaranje svakog od ventila za punjenje (20) i svakog od ventila za ispuštanje (22).
7. Sklop ventila (10) prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time što su svaki od ventila za punjenje (20) i svaki od ventila za ispuštanje (22) ili solenoidni ventil ili pilotski solenoidni ventil.
8. Sklop ventila (10) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što više ventila za punjenje (20) uključuje najmanje prvi ventil za punjenje (20a) i drugi ventil za punjenje (20b), prvi ventil za punjenje (20a) dopušta veću količinu tekućine koja prolazi kroz njega u usporedbi s drugim ventilom za punjenje (20b).
9. Sklop ventila (10) prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time što kako se tekućina približava željenom tlaku, regulator (24) je konfiguriran da prvo zatvori prvi ventil za punjenje (20a) prije zatvaranja drugog ventila za punjenje (20b).
10. Sklop ventila (10) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što dok je tekućina pod tlakom do željenog tlaka, ako senzor tlaka (26) generira signal koji pokazuje da je tlak tekućine veći od željenog tlaka, regulator (24) je konfiguriran da zatvori ventile za punjenje (20) i otvori najmanje jedan od prvog i drugog ventila za ispuštanje (22a, 22b) kako bi se smanjio tlak tekućine dok se ne postigne željeni tlak.
11. Sklop ventila (10) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što
kada su prvi ventil za ispuštanje (22a) i drugi ventil za ispuštanje (22b) otvoreni, tekućini je dozvoljeno da teče kroz prvi ventil za ispuštanje (22a) i drugi ventil za ispuštanje (22b) do izlaza tekućine (16).
12. Sklop ventila (10) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što kada se tlak u sklopu ventila (10) treba smanjiti sa željenog tlaka na ciljani tlak, regulator (24) je konfiguriran da otvori više ventila za ispuštanje (22).
13. Sklop ventila (10) prema zahtjevu 12, naznačen time što kako se tekućina približava ciljnom tlaku, regulator (24) je konfiguriran da zatvori prvi ventil za ispuštanje (22a) i održi drugi ventil za ispuštanje (22b) u otvorenom položaju sve dok se ne postigne ciljni tlak.
14. Sklop ventila (10) prema zahtjevu 13, naznačen time što kako se tlak tekućine smanjuje na ciljni tlak, ako senzor tlaka (26) generira signal koji pokazuje da je tlak tekućine manji od ciljanog tlaka, regulator (24) je konfiguriran da zatvori drugi ventil za ispuštanje (22b) i otvori najmanje drugi ventil za punjenje (20b) kako bi se podigao tlak do ciljnog tlaka.
