Claims (11)
1. Uređaj koji generira udarne impulse ili vibracije za građevinski stroj, koji sadrži
– kućište (6),
– klip (8), koji se može naizmjence pomicati naprijed-natrag u radnom prostoru u kućištu (6) između prve povratne točke i druge povratne točke,
– dovod tlačnog fluida (P), kroz kojeg se tlačni fluid može u svakom slučaju dovesti u i izvući iz radnog prostora u području prve povratne točke i druge povratne točke, gdje se klip (8) može podesiti za izmjenično pomicanje kako bi generirao udarne impulse ili vibracije,
– najmanje jedan upravljivi ventil (9), kroz kojeg se tlačni fluid može dovesti u i/ili izvući iz radnog prostora, te
– upravljačku jedinicu (PLC), povezanu s najmanje jednim upravljivim ventilom (9), gdje upravljačka jedinica (PLC) može upravljati i mijenjati pomicanje klipa (8) u radnom prostoru,
naznačen time što
– upravljačka jedinica (PLC) je dizajnirana za pomicanje klipa (8) frekvencijom koja odgovara rezonantnoj frekvenciji cjelokupnog sklopa koji uključuje klip i tlačni fluid,
gdje uređaj ima promjenjivo upravljanje, što omogućuje dinamičko podešavanje parametara rezonancije tijekom rada.
2. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1,
naznačen time što
ventil (9) je elektromagnetiski ventil.
3. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2,
naznačen time što
sadrži mjernu napravu (10), koja određuje položaj klipa (8) u radnom prostoru.
4. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2,
naznačen time što
mjerna naprava (10) sadrži linearni senzor.
5. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3,
naznačen time što
na najmanje jednoj povratnoj točki nalazi se udarna površina, na koju udara klip (8) kako bi generirao udarni impuls.
6. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4,
naznačen time što
cjelokupni sklop sadrži i kućište.
7. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5,
naznačen time što
masu klipa (8) i/ili kućišta može se promijeniti dodavanjem ili uklanjanjem utega za podešavanje.
8. Građevinski stroj
naznačen time što
sadrži uređaj koji generira udarne impulse ili vibracije u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6.
9. Građevinski stroj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8,
naznačen time što
je stroj za bušenje tla.
10. Građevinski stroj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8,
naznačen time što
je nabijač ili vibrator.
11. Postupak generiranja udarnih impulsa ili vibracija za građevinski stroj, osobito uređajem u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, u kojem
– klip (8) u radnom prostoru u kućištu se naizmjence pomiče naprijed natrag između prve povratne točke i druge povratne točke,
– gdje, kako bi generirao udarne impulse ili vibracije, klip (8) se podesi za izmjenično pomicanje uz pomoć tlačnog fluida, gdje se tlačni fluid se dovodi u i izvlači iz radnog prostora u području prve povratne točke i druge povratne točke,
– gdje upravljačka jedinica (PLC) upravlja najmanje jednim upravljivim ventilom (9), kroz kojeg se tlačni fluid dovodi u i/ili izvlači iz radnog prostora, te
– upravljačka jedinica (PLC) upravlja pomicanjem klipa (8),
naznačen time što
– upravljačka jedinica (PLC) upravlja najmanje jednim ventilom (9), tako da se klip (8) pomiče frekvencijom koja odgovara rezonantnoj frekvenciji cjelokupnog sklopa koji uključuje klip (8) i tlačni fluid,
gdje uređaj ima promjenjivo upravljanje, što omogućuje dinamičko podešavanje parametara rezonancije tijekom rada.
