Claims (11)

1. Stabilni kompleks koji sadrži najmanje jedan ciklički alkilen karbonat i najmanje jedan poliamid, naznačen time, da je težinski omjer poliamid/alkilen karbonat u rasponu od 0,2 do 1.
2. Kompleks prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je navedeni najmanje jedan ciklički alkilen karbonat spoj formule (I) [image] gdje Rl, R2, R3 i R4, svaki neovisno, predstavljaju atom vodika ili ravni ili razgranati alkilni lanac, koji ima 1 do 4 atoma ugljika, poželjno atom vodika ili alkilni lanac koji ima 1 do 2 atoma ugljika.
3. Kompleks prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da je najmanje jedan poliamid odabran između najlona i aramida i njihovih mješavina.
4. Kompleks prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time, da je težinski omjer poliamid/alkilen karbonat od 0,25 do 0,8, primjerice od 0,25 do 0,5.
5. Kompleks prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time, da najmanje jedan alkilen karbonat i najmanje jedan poliamid zajedno čine najmanje 50%, poželjno najmanje 90%, još poželjnije najmanje 95% i do 100% navedenog spoja, pri čemu su navedeni postoci izraženi kao težina u odnosu na ukupnu težinu spoja.
6. Postupak za pripremu stabilnog kompleksa prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time, da uključuje: a) miješanje najmanje jednog materijala na bazi poliamida, s najmanje jednim alkilen karbonatom prethodno zagrijanim na temperaturi u rasponu od 160°C do točke vrenja navedenog najmanje jednog alkilen karbonata; b) izborno filtriranje tekućinske smjese iz koraka (a), na temperaturi između 250°C i 200°C; c) izborno dodavanje jedne ili više drugih komponenti; i d) hlađenje tako dobivene tekućine.
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time, da se stabilni kompleks dobiven iz koraka (d) usitnjava u prah.
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time, da se spomenuti praškasti kompleks ekstrahira otapalom u kojem je najmanje jedan alkilen karbonat topljiv, a najmanje jedan poliamid nije.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 6 do 8, naznačen time, da se na početku koraka (a) poliesteri i/ili polikarbonati dodaju u spomenutu tekuću smjesu kako bi se dobili poliamidni kompleksi koji sadrže navedene polimere.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 6 do 8, naznačen time, da na početku koraka (a) navedena tekuća smjesa reagira s daljnjim reagensima kako bi se dobili derivati poliamida i/ili se dodaje s daljnjim komponentama.
11. Upotreba alkilen karbonata kako je definirano u zahtjevu 2, za otapanje i/ili prah i/ili pročišćavanje i/ili recikliranje materijala izrađenih od poliamida, naznačena time, da je težinski omjer poliamid/alkilen karbonat u rasponu od 0,2 do 1.
