Claims (8)
1. Kimerni promotor naznačen time da se sastoji od dvije ili više sekvenci oligonukleotida ili njihovih dijelova koji reguliraju transkripciju gena anaboličkog i/ili kataboličkog puta i povećavaju razinu transkripcije RNK tipa kodiranje fragmenta glasničke RNK za proteine odabrane iz skupine koja se sastoji od enzima, strukturnih proteina, koenzima, transportera, antitijela, hormona i regulatora, kao fragment regulatorne RNK, kao enzimski aktivni fragment RNK ili kao fragment prijenosne RNK, taj kimerni promotor odabran je iz skupine koja se sastoji od SEQ ID NO.2, SEQ ID NO.3 ili SEQ ID NO.1.
2. Kimerni promotor prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se razina transkripcije fragmenta RNK u stanici domaćina kvasca povećava kad se rastuća stanica domaćina kvasca transformira pomoću barem jednog fragmenta rekombinantne DNK koji se sastoji od kimernog promotora iz izvora ugljika odabranog iz skupine koja se sastoji od glukoze, ksiloze, etanola i njihove kombinacije.
3. Kimerni promotor temeljem bilo kojeg od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je enzim ugljikohidrat koji modificira enzim ili transporter.
4. Kimerni promotor temeljem bilo kojeg od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je enzim ugljikohidrat koji modificira enzim odabran iz skupine koja se sastoji od EC 5.1.3, EC 5.3.1, EC 2.7.1, EC 2.2.1, EC 1.1.1, EC 5.3.1.4, EC 2.7.1.16, EC 5.1.3.4 i njihove kombinacije, ili transporter odabran iz skupine od TC 2.A.1.1, TC 2.A.1.2 ili njihove kombinacije.
5. Kimerni promotor temeljem bilo kojeg od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da promotor sadrži faktore vezanja transkripcije odabrane iz skupine koja se sastoji od REB1, GCR1, GCR2, PHD1, TYE7, PHO2, PHO4, AZF1 i njihove kombinacije.
6. Fragment rekombinantne DNK koji sadrži kimerni promotor iz bilo kojeg zahtjeva 1 do 5.
7. Ekspresijski plazmid koji sadrži barem jedan fragment rekombinantne DNK prema zahtjevu 6.
8. Stanica domaćina transformirana barem jednim fragmentom rekombinantne DNK prema zahtjevu 6 ili transformirana barem jednim ekspresijskim plazmidom prema zahtjevu 7.
