Claims (15)
1. Uređaj za praćenje cjelovitosti podmorske bušotine ili mjesta sekvestracije tekućine, uređaj sadrži mehanizam za detekciju (140,160,400) i signalni uređaj (265, 395), pri čemu je mehanizam za detekciju (140,160,400) konfiguriran da reagira kao odgovor na kontakt s unaprijed određenom kemikalijom (145, 180) i time otpušta signalni uređaj (265, 395).
2. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što mehanizam za detekciju (140,160, 400) sadrži materijal koji se razgrađuje kao odgovor na kontakt s unaprijed određenom kemikalijom (145,180).
3. Uređaj prema zahtjevima 1-2, naznačen time što kontakt s unaprijed određenom kemikalijom (145, 180) uzrokuje razgradnju materijala koji tvori mehanizam za detekciju (140, 160, 400), što dovodi do gubitka strukturalne cjelovitosti mehanizma za detekciju. (140,160, 400); pri čemu gubitak strukturalne cjelovitosti mehanizma za detekciju (140,160,400) inicira otpuštanje signalnog uređaja (265, 395).
4. Uređaj prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time što je unaprijed određena kemikalija (145,180) tekućina za praćenje (145).
5. Uređaj prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time što signalni mehanizam (265,395) sadrži najmanje jednu plutaču (265, 395) konfiguriranu za prijenos signala koji upozorava operatera na gubitak cjelovitosti u podmorskoj bušotini ili mjestu sekvestracije tekućine, pri čemu plutača (265, 395) sadrži unutarnji ili vanjski uzgon.
6. Uređaj prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time što je signalni mehanizam (265, 395) konfiguriran da se podigne na površinu vode i time odašilje signal da upozori operatera na gubitak cjelovitosti u podmorskoj bušotini ili mjestu sekvestracije tekućine.
7. Uređaj prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time što uređaj sadrži najmanje jednu jedinicu (350, 500, 520, 521) konfiguriranu za hvatanje i skupljanje volumena unaprijed određene kemikalije (145,180).
8. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time što najmanje jedna jedinica (350,500,520,521) sadrži stožasto oblikovani dio (350, 520, 521), pri čemu stožasto oblikovani dio (350, 520,521) sadrži donji kraj koji ima prvi promjer, gornji kraj koji ima drugi promjer i stijenke, prvi promjer je veći od drugog promjera; pri čemu je donji kraj stožasto oblikovanog dijela (350,520,521) otvoren i konfiguriran za hvatanje volumena unaprijed određene kemikalije (145,180), i pri čemu gornji kraj stožasto oblikovanog dijela (350,520,521) sadrži najmanje jedan otvor (360).
9. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time što sredstvo zavođenje sadrži najmanje jedan kanal, pri čemu je svaki kanal povezan s otvorom na gornjem kraju stožasto oblikovanog dijela (350, 520, 521) jedinice (350,500, 520, 521), i/ili
pri čemu uređaj sadrži više jedinica (350, 500, 520, 521) raspoređenih uglavnom okomito, i pri Čemu je uređaj usidren za morsko dno, i/ili
pri čemu se stožasto oblikovani dio (350, 520, 521) prve jedinice preklapa barem djelomično sa stožasto oblikovanim dijelom (350, 520, 521) druge jedinice, i pri čemu je kanal druge jedinice prihvaćen barem djelomično unutar kanala prve jedinice.
10. Uređaj prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time što uređaj sadrži reakcijsku komoru (540, 640) prilagođenu da sadrži barem dio najmanje jednog mehanizma za detekciju (140, 160, 400) i barem dio najmanje jednog signalnog mehanizma (265, 395), pri čemu je najmanje jedan mehanizam za detekciju (140,160,400) konfiguriran za zadržavanje najmanje jednog signalnog mehanizma (265, 395) u sigurnom položaju dok se najmanje jedan mehanizam za detekciju (140, 160, 400) ne razgradi i time otpušta najmanje jedan signalni mehanizam (265, 395); pri čemu reakcijska komora (540, 640) sadrži najmanje jedan otvor na prvom kraju kroz koji se prima unaprijed određena kemikalija (145,180).
11. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time što uređaj sadrži sredstvo za montiranje (531) koje sadrži donju površinu, gornju površinu i središnji otvor, pri čemu je donja površina sredstva za montiranje (531) konfigurirana za zahvaćanje najgornje jedinice u nizu jedinica tako daje kanal najgornje jedinice poravnat sa središnjim otvorom sredstva za montiranje; i pri čemu je reakcijska komora (540, 640) konfigurirana za montiranje na gornju površinu sredstva za montiranje (531) tako da je otvor na prvom kraju reakcijske komore (540, 640) poravnat sa središnjim otvorom sredstva za montiranje (531).
12. Uređaj prema zahtjevima 1-11, naznačen time što svaki uređaj sadrži više od jednog mehanizma za detekciju (140,160, 400), pri čemu je svaki mehanizam za detekciju (140,160,400) konfiguriran da zadrži signalni uređaj (265, 395), i pri čemu svaki mehanizam za detekciju (140, 160, 400) sadrži različita mehanička, reaktivna i/ili fizička svojstva konfigurirana da osiguraju mehanizmu za detekciju (140, 160, 400) zadano vrijeme kvara.
13. Postupak za otkrivanje gubitka cjelovitosti u podmorskoj bušotini ili mjestu sekvestracije tekućine, postupak sadrži korake postavljanja najmanje jednog uređaja prema zahtjevima 1-12 na i/ili oko podmorske bušotine ili mjesta sekvestracije tekućine.
14. Postupak prema zahtjevu 13, naznačen time što postupak uključuje umetanje volumena unaprijed određene kemikalije (145) u podmorsku bušotinu ili mjesto za sekvestra čiju tekućine tako da je, barem na početku, zatvorena unutar podmorske bušotine ili mjesta za sekvestraciju tekućine.
15. Postupak prema zahtjevu 14, naznačen time što postupak uključuje umetanje volumena prve unaprijed određene kemikalije na prvu lokaciju u podmorskoj bušotini ili mjestu sekvestracije tekućine, i volumena druge unaprijed određene kemikalije na drugu lokaciju u podmorskoj bušotini ili mjestu sekvestracije tekućine, tako da su prva i druga unaprijed određena kemikalija, barem u početku, zatvorene unutar odnosne lokacije podmorske bušotine ili mjesta sekvestracije tekućine.
