Claims (18)
1. Aparat za kulturu za kultivaciju stanica i/ili tkiva ili njegovog dijela i koji sadrži tijelo držača, tijelo držača sadrži više komora za medij za kulturu stanica i najmanje jedan put za fluidnu komunikaciju koji se pruža između najmanje dvije respektivne komore od više komora, pri čemu svaki put za fluidnu komunikaciju dopušta dvosmjerni protok tekućine između navedene najmanje dvije komore, i pri čemu
navedeni put za fluidnu komunikaciju ima širinu od između 1.5mm i 3.5mm; i
pri čemu je svaka komora od više komora konfigurirana tako da je za smještanje komorskog umetnutog elementa konfiguriranog za podržavanje potpornog elementa stanica,
pri čemu navedeni komorski umetnuti element dalje sadrži stanični potporni element koji ima više pora, pri čemu navedenih više pora imaju prosječan promjer od između oko 8µm do oko 150µm.
2. Aparat prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, što svaka komora od navedenih više komora sadrži bazalni element i najmanje jedan bočni zidni element.
3. Aparat prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačen time, što put za fluidnu komunikaciju sadrži kanal za prolaz koji se pruža između bazalnog elementa ili bočnog zidnog elementa prve od više komora do bazalnog elementa ili bočnog zidnog elementa sljedeće od više komora.
4. Aparat prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačen time, što put za fluidnu komunikaciju uključuje otvor za prolaz koji se pruža između bazalnog elementa ili bočnog zidnog elementa prve od više komora do bazalnog elementa ili bočnog zidnog elementa sljedeće od više komora.
5. Aparat prema patentnom zahtjevu 3 ili patentnom zahtjevu 4, naznačen time, što se prva komora nalazi pored sljedeće komore.
6. Aparat prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, što tijelo držača sadrži više puteva za fluidnu komunikaciju, svaki put za fluidnu komunikaciju pruža se između najmanje dvije komore od više komora.
7. Aparat prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, naznačen time, što je svaki put za fluidnu komunikaciju od više puteva za fluidnu komunikaciju suštinski paralelan i na udaljenosti od svakog drugog puta za fluidnu komunikaciju.
8. Aparat prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, što svaka komora od više komora sadrži otvor za primanje i/ili uklanjanje medija za kulturu tkiva i/ili respektivnog komorskog umetnutog elementa.
9. Aparat prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, što dalje sadrži najmanje jedan obično cilindrični komorski umetnuti element koji sadrži više prirubnica koje se pružaju radijalno prema van za podupiranje komorskog umetnutog elementa u respektivnoj komori od više komora.
10. Aparat prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, što je ukupna zapremina najmanje jednog puta za fluidnu komunikaciju i najmanje dvije odgovarajuće komore između 1ml i 8ml.
11. Aparat prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, naznačen time, što je ukupna zapremina između 1.5ml i 4ml.
12. Aparat prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, što, veći broj pora ima prosječan promjer između oko 8μm i oko 100μm.
13. Aparat prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, što tijelo držača sadrži najmanje dvanaest komora, npr. najmanje dvadeset četiri komore.
14. Aparat prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, što tijelo držača sadrži vanjski obodni zidni element, i dalje pri čemu vanjski obodni zidni element uključuje prema unutra povučen dio konfiguriran da omogući da se više tijela držača naslaže okomito.
15. Aparat prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, što je tijelo držača sačinjeno od materijala odabranog između Zeonex™, Zeonor™, polistirena, polikarbonata, polietilena, polipropilena, PMMA, celuloza acetata i stakla.
16. Aparat prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, što je svaka respektivna komora od više komora duboka između oko 16mm i 19mm.
17. Aparat prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, što aparat za kulturu uključuje još i poklopac koji se može ukloniti, postavljen preko tijela držača, poklopac osigurava suštinski ravan pokrivač koji se pruža preko više komora.
18. Aparat prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, što je više komora raspoređeno u redovima i kolonama u respektivnom ortogonalnom odnosu unutar tijela držača.
