Claims (5)

1. Sustav brtvljenja u uređajima otpornim na eksploziju, naznačen time da je O-prsten (3) smješten u pravokutnom utoru gornje prirubnice (1) i naslanja se na donju prirubnicu (2), pri čemu je pritisak O-prstena (3) prema donjoj prirubnici (2) osiguran dovodom tlaka komprimiranog zraka kroz priključak (4), kada se, u uporabi, tlak u spremniku naglo poveća, tlak pritisne O-prsten (3) prema vanjskom rubu utora i prodre mimo unutarnjeg ruba iznad O-prstena (3), čime dodatno pritisne O-prsten (3) na vanjski rub i dodatno brtvi spoj.
2. Sustav brtvljenja u uređajima otpornim na eksploziju prema zahtjevu 1., naznačen time da je tlak koji pritisne O-prsten u spoju najmanje 1/3 eksplozijskog tlaka pomnoženog sigurnosnim faktorom 1,25.
3. Sustav brtvljenja u uređajima otpornim na eksploziju prema za zahtjevima 1. i 2., naznačen time da O-prsten (3) ima dimenzije između 5 i 25 mm i da je izrađen od meke gume, tvrdoće 45 do max. 55 ShA, najpogodnije od silikonske gume.
4. Sustav brtvljenja u uređajima otpornim na eksploziju prema zahtjevu 3., naznačen time da je O-prsten (3) izrađen od šupljeg okruglog profila u slučaju kada nije moguće postići nisku tvrdoću materijala.
5. Sustav brtvljenja u uređajima otpornim na eksploziju prema zahtjevima 1. do 3., naznačen time da utor ima pravokutni oblik i visinu koja prelazi nazivni promjer poprečnog presjeka O-prstena (3) za 15-20% i da je širina utora za 4-6% manja od nazivnog promjera poprečnog presjeka O-prstena (3).
