Claims (13)

1. Sustav za uklanjanje onečišćenja iz vodene ili vlažne elektrolitske okoline (M) koji sadrži: - vodljivu metalnu strukturu (A) koja tvori katodu, smještenu u spomenutoj elektrolitskoj okolini (M); - anodu (B) u elektrolitskoj okolini (M), na određenoj udaljenosti od katode (A); - električni krug (C) na koji su spojena navedena katoda (A) i navedena anoda (B); - po mogućnosti izvor električne struje (S) za napajanje električnog kruga; - fizikalno-kemijske mjerne sonde (D) za kontrolu kemijskih promjena i kinetike u navedenoj okolini (M); - sredstva (F) za daljinski nadzor i/ili sredstva za daljinsko upravljanje, koja omogućavaju daljinsko upravljanje sustavom; navedeni sustav je naznačen time da uključuje: - sredstva (E) za regulaciju struje kako bi se selektivno postigli uvjeti povoljni za stvaranje konglomerata na spomenutoj katodi, pri čemu se navedeno reguliranje podređuje mjerenjima pomoću navedenih sondi i pomoću uređaja za mjerenje električnih parametara u navedenom krugu, naročito struje, napona, snage i/ili frekvencije; i time da je metalna struktura koja tvori katodu izvedena i raspoređena tako da konglomerat tvori ograničenje in-situ na navedenoj katodi tako da se na taj način ograničeni zagađivači ne mogu ponovno vratiti u okolinu (M).
2. Sustav prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da sredstva za daljinski nadzor i/ili daljinsko upravljanje naročito omogućavaju daljinski nadzor, slanje alarma i pohranjivanje parametara u bazu podataka.
3. Sustav prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačen time da vodljiva metalna struktura (A) koja tvori katodu sadrži platno formirano od metalnih vlakana i/ili mješane tkanine vodljivih vlakana s nevodljivim vlaknima.
4. Sustav prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time da sadrži najmanje jednu sondu (D) postavljenu u neposrednoj blizini katode, tako da se, nakon formiranja konglomerata, navedena sonda u suštini zadržava unutar navedenog konglomerata, te pruža informacije o zagađivačima koji se nalaze unutar spomenutog konglomerata.
5. Postupak za uklanjanje onečišćenja iz vodene ili vlažne elektrolitske okoline (M), naznačen time da uključuje sljedeće korake: - raspoređivanje vodljive metalne strukture (A) koja tvori katodu u spomenutoj elektrolitičkoj okolini (M); - raspoređivanje anode (B) u elektrolitičkoj okolini (M), na određenoj udaljenosti od katode (A); - opskrbljivanje električnog kruga (C) na koji su spojene navedena katoda (A) i navedena anoda (B); - napajanje spomenutog električnog kruga (C) putem električnog sustava sastavljenog od samostalnog ili spojenog izvora električne struje (S); - postavljanje višeparametarske fizikalno-kemijske mjerne sonde (D) u okolinu (M) ili u tlo u neposrednoj blizini, što omogućava kontrolu kemijskih promjena i kinetike u navedenoj okolini (M); - osiguravanje sredstava (E) za regulaciju struje kako bi se selektivno postigli uvjeti povoljni za stvaranje konglomerata na katodi; ova reguliranja podređena su mjerenjima koja vrše sonde (D) i uređaji za mjerenje električnih parametara u navedenom krugu, naročito struje, napona, snage i/ili frekvencije, metalna struktura koja tvori katodu izvedena je i raspoređena tako da konglomerat tvori ograničenje in situ na navedenu metalnu strukturu, tako da se na taj način ograničeni zagađivači ne mogu ponovno vratiti u okolinu (M); - cjelina je povezana sa sredstvima daljinskog nadzora i/ili sredstvima daljinskog upravljanja (F), što omogućuje daljinsko upravljanje sustavom.
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da sredstva za daljinski nadzor i/ili daljinsko upravljanje naročito omogućavaju daljinski nadzor, slanje alarma i pohranjivanje parametara u bazu podataka.
7. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 5 ili 6, naznačen time da je barem jedna sonda (D) postavljena u neposrednoj blizini katode, tako da se nakon stvaranja konglomerata, sonda zapravo nalazi unutar navedenog konglomerata, te pruža informacije o zagađivačima koji se nalaze unutar spomenutog konglomerata.
8. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 5 do 7, naznačen time da se metalna struktura koja tvori katodu uklanja iz okoline nakon stvaranja konglomerata.
9. Postupak prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time da se konglomerat koristi kao upotrebljivi materijal, naročito za građevinske konstrukcije, temelje zgrada ili kolnik.
10. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 5 do 9, naznačen time da je blok formiran od konglomerata, obložen vitrificirajućom smolom, naročito kako bi se spriječilo oslobađanje dijela zagađivača i/ili zaustavila polarizacija spomenutog bloka.
11. Postupak za uklanjanje muljnog onečišćenja postupkom prema jednom od zahtjeva 5 do 10, naznačen time da se barem jedna tvar dodaje u mulj za stabilizaciju spomenutog mulja kao čvrstog materijala, ili za omogućavanje koagulacije i flokulacije koloida međusobno, kako bi se olakšala agregacija ovih koloida u matrici koja veže sediment.
12. Postupak obnavljanja morskog dna, naznačen time da obuhvaća korake za uklanjanje onečišćenja navedenog dna postupkom prema jednom od zahtjeva 5 do 7, te nadalje barem jedan korak za stabilizaciju navedenog dna.
13. Postupak prikupljanja CO2, naznačen time da uključuje postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 5 do 10.
