Claims (15)

1. Rotacijski absorber za pročišćavanje apsorbata od plina, uređaj koji sadrži kućište koje ima ulaz za plin, izlaz za plin, ulaz za upijajuću tekućinu i sredstva za osiguravanje kontinuiranog protoka apsorbenta do ulaza za upijajuću tekućinu, i izlaza za upijajuću tekućinu, rotor postavljen za vrtnju u navedenom kućištu i spajanje na ulaze i izlaze, rotor koji sadrži mnoštvo kanala za pročišćavanje protežući se aksijalno i paralelno sa zajedničkom rotacijskom osi, pri čemu su kanali obodno zatvoreni zidovima na cijeloj aksijalnoj duljini rotora između ulaza za upijajuću tekućinu i izlaza za upijajuću tekućinu; pri čemu taj uređaj nadalje obuhvaća sredstva za vrtnju rotora zbog čega se upijajuća tekućina dovodi do rotora da se barem djelomično odvoji od plina koji se dovodi do rotora, i izlazi iz rotora u obliku kapljica upijajuće tekućine koja se radijalno izbacuju prema van u odnosu na središnju os vrtnje rotora sukladno izlazu za upijajuću tekućinu pri čemu je upijajuća tekućina odbija.
2. Rotacijski absorber sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu se aksijalna duljina rotora i kanala za pročišćavanje kreće u obujmu od 100-5000 puta poprečnog presjeka širine kanala.
3. Rotacijski apsorber sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, pri čemu su ti ulazi za plin i ulazi za upijajuću tekućinu postavljeni uzvodno od rotora, i izlazni otvor za plin izlaz otvor za upijajuću tekućinu postavljeni su nizvodno od rotora.
4. Rotacijski apsorber sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, nadalje sadrži sredstva za stavljanje pod tlak prilagođena da se poveća tlak ulaza plina.
5. Rotacijski apsorber sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu više kanala za ispiranje u količini najmanje 10, još preporučljivije najmanje 100, i najpoželjnije najmanje 1000.
6. Rotacijski apsorber sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, nadalje sadrži kolektor za upijajuću tekućinu koji se priključuje na izlaz za upijajuću tekućinu.
7. Rotacijski apsorber sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu kućište sadrži prvi i drugi rotor oba postavljena za vrtnju u spomenutom kućištu pri čemu je drugi rotor osiguran aksijalno nizvodno od prvog rotora.
8. Rotacijski apsorber sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 5, koji sadrži prvi i drugi ulaz otvor za tekući apsorbent, postavljen uzvodno od prvog i drugog rotora, sukladno opisanom redoslijedu, i/ili prvi i drugi izlaz za upijajuću tekućinu, postavljeni nizvodno od prvog i drugog rotora sukladno opisanom redoslijedu.
9. Rotacijski apsorber sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 6, pri čemu se najmanje jedan od prvog i drugog izlaza za upijajuću tekućinu ponovo veže na najmanje jedan od prvih i drugih ulaz za upijajuću tekućinu.
10. Rotacijski apsorber sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, nadalje sadrži sredstva za usmjeravanje protoka izvedene uzvodno i/ili nizvodno od rotora, pri čemu izborno sredstva za uzvodni protok djeluju kao uređaji za vrtnju rotora, i pri čemu sredstva za usmjeravanje protoka sadrže volut (spiralni oblik), lopaticu statora ili rotor, ili kombinaciju spomenutih.
11. Rotacijski apsorber sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva za upotrebu na plovilima.
12. Rotacijski apsorber sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva za upotrebu za ispiranje SO2 iz ispušnih plinova.
13. Plovilo izvedeno s rotacijskim apsorberom sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva.
14. Postupak pročišćavanja apsorbata iz plina, taj postupak sadrži osiguravanje rotacijskog apsorbera sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, dovod plina do ulaza otvora za plin, odabir upijajućih tekućina sa sposobnošću apsorbata da se otopi u upijajućoj tekućini, dovod održivog protoka upijajuće tekućine do ulaza za upijajuće tekućine, vrtnju rotora u spomenutom kućištu koje dovodi da se upijajuća tekućina ograniči prema unutra okrenutim stijenkama kanala za pročišćavanje i tvore film na njima, omogućujući molekularni transport apsorbenta iz plina do upijajuće tekućine, pri čemu dovodi da se dovod upijajuće tekućine do rotora barem djelomično odvoji od dovoda plina koji se dovodi na rotor i izlaz rotora u obliku upijajućih kapljica upijajuće tekućine koje se izbacuju radijalno prema van u odnosu na središnju os vrtnje rotora sukladno izlazu tekućeg apsorbenta, i izlaz plina kroz izlaz za plin upijajuće tekućine kroz izlaz upijajuće tekućine.
15. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 14, pri čemu apsorbat sadrži metanol.
