Claims (7)
1. Metoda za komunikaciju u mreži od prve stanice (110) do druge stanice (100), pri čemu prva stanica (110) sadrži najmanje jednu privremenu memoriju za čuvanje paketa podataka koji se prenose, metoda koja obuhvaća korake
a) prve stanice (110) koja procjenjuje status najmanje jedne privremene memorije,
b) prve stanice (110) koja prenosi u paketu podataka najmanje jedan izvještaj o statusu međuspremnika, BSR (201, 301; 202, 302) koji predstavlja status memorije međuspremnika za jednu ili više grupa logičkih kanala, i
c) prve stanice (110) koja prilagođava BSR neobrađenost za izvještaje (201, 301; 202, 302) o statusu međuspremnika za najmanje jednu zadatu grupu logičkih kanala, na osnovu broja dopunskih bitova dostupnih u paketu podataka, korištenjem više ili manje bitova za kodiranje BSR-a za spomenutu danu grupu logičkih kanala.
2. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu BSR neobrađenost sadrži najmanje jednu količinu informacija prenesenu pomoću izvještaja (201, 301; 202, 302) o statusu međuspremnika u danom vremenu, veličine izvještaja (201, 301; 202, 302) o statusu međuspremnika i granularnosti informacija sadržanih u izvještajima (201, 301; 202, 302) o statusu međuspremnika.
3. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu memorija međuspremnika sadrži mnoštvo međuspremnika logičkih kanala, pri čemu je svaki međuspremnik logičkog kanala prilagođen za čuvanje paketa podataka posvećenih odgovarajućem logičkom kanalu ili grupi logičkih kanala, pri čemu BSR (201, 301; 202, 302) sadrže najmanje jedan dio posvećen informacijama u vezi sa statusom jednog odgovarajućeg međuspremnika logičkog kanala, i pri čemu se u koraku c) za svaki dio procjenjuje BSR neobrađenost u zavisnosti od logičkog kanala ili grupa logičkih kanala na koje se odnosi razmatrani dio.
4. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, koja dalje obuhvaća korak grupiranja logičkih kanala u grupu logičkih kanala u zavisnosti od toga ima li prvu vrijednost paketa parametara statusa međuspremnika koja je u osnovi ista.
5. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 3 ili 4, pri čemu korak c) dalje obuhvaća odabiranje podskupa međuspremnika logičkog kanala, i prijenos izvještaja o statusu međuspremnika koji ukazuje na status izabranih međuspremnika logičkog kanala.
6. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 5, pri čemu su međuspremnici logičkog kanala izabrani na osnovu najmanje jednog od sljedećeg: prioriteta logičkog kanala, glavnog linijskog kašnjenja, nivoa punjenja međuspremnika logičkog kanala, ili dostupnog broja bitova za popunjavanje u paketu podataka.
7. Radio stanica (110) koja sadrži sredstvo za komunikaciju u mreži sa najmanje drugom stanicom, pri čemu radio stanica (110) dalje sadrži najmanje jednu privremenu memoriju za čuvanje paketa podataka koji se prenose, kontrolna sredstva međuspremnika za procjenu statusa najmanje jedne memorije međuspremnika, sredstvo za prijenos za prenošenje u paketu podataka najmanje jednog izvještaja o statusu međuspremnika, BSR (201, 301; 202, 302) koji predstavlja status memorije međuspremnika za jednu ili više grupa logičkih kanala, pri čemu su kontrolna sredstva međuspremnika raspoređena za prilagođavanje BSR neobrađenosti za izvještaje (201, 301; 202, 302) o statusu međuspremnika za najmanje jednu zadanu grupu logičkih kanala, na osnovu broja dopunskih bitova dostupnih u paketu podataka, korištenjem više ili manje bitova za kodiranje BSR-a za spomenutu danu grupu logičkih kanala.
