Claims (10)

1. Sustav (10) za generiranje poboljšanih slika, koji obuhvaća najmanje jedan uređaj za snimanje slika (12), najmanje jedan modul za analizu (14) povezan sa uređajem za snimanje slika (12), najmanje jedan uređaj za prikaz (18) povezan sa modulom za analizu (14), pri čemu je uređaj za snimanje (12) konfiguriran za slanje slika, posebice slikovnih podataka, modulu za analizu (14), a modul za analizu (14) konfiguriran za slanje kontrolnih podataka (S2) uređaju za prikaz (18), pri čemu su kontrolni podaci (S2) sačinjeni od slikovnih podataka i podataka s uputama za prikaz najmanje jednog poboljšanja u slici, pri čemu je uređaj za prikaz (18) konfiguriran za reproduciranje snimljene slike i povezanog poboljšanja na temelju kontrolnih podataka (S2), pri čemu sustav (10) nadalje obuhvaća modul za proširenje (16), koji je na prijenosnom putu postavljen između modula za analizu (14) i uređaja za prikaz (18), pri čemu je modul za analizu (14) nadalje konfiguriran za generiranje najmanje jednog podatka pouzdanosti (R2) za svaku sliku, pri čemu podatak pouzdanosti (R2) obuhvaća podatke o komponenti sustava koja detektira i/ili izračunava geometrijski ili radiometrijski odnos između uređaja za snimanje slike (12) i okruženja, i pri čemu je modul za proširenje (16) konfiguriran da prima kontrolne podatke (S2) i podatke pouzdanosti (R2) od strane modula za analizu (14) i generira modificirane kontrolne podatke (S2b) na temelju kontrolnih podataka (S2) i podataka pouzdanosti (R2) te prenosi modificirane kontrolne podatke (S2b) uređaju za prikaz (18), pri čemu modul za proširenje (16) obuhvaća statusni modul (20) i animacijski modul (22), pri čemu je statusni modul (20) konfiguriran da prima podatke pouzdanosti (R2), izabire jedan statusni podatak (Z) iz mnoštva, posebno četiri, statusnih podataka te prenosi izabrani statusni podatak (Z) animacijskom modulu.
2. Sustav prema 1. patentnom zahtjevu naznačen time da je animacijski modul (22) konfiguriran za primanje kontrolnih podataka (S2) i generiranje modificiranih kontrolnih podataka (S2b) na temelju statusnih podataka (Z).
3. Sustav prema 1. ili 2. patentnom zahtjevu naznačen time da je animacijski modul (22) nadalje konfiguriran, ovisno o statusnim podacima (Z), za prijenos slikovnih podataka i podataka s uputama za poboljšanje kao modificiranih kontrolnih podataka (S2b), što odgovara uključenom stanju (Z=1) za poboljšanje, ili za prijenos samo slikovnih podataka kao modificiranih kontrolnih podataka (S2b), što odgovara isključenom stanju (Z=2) za poboljšanje, ili za prijenos prijelazne animacije (A) kao dio modificiranih kontrolnih podataka (S2b), pri čemu se prijelazna animacija (A) odabire pri prijelazu između uključenog stanja (Z=1) i isključenog stanja (Z=2).
4. Sustav prema 3. patentnom zahtjevu naznačen time da je da je prijelazna animacija (A) konfigurirana na način da su stvarni podaci detektirani od strane uređaja za snimanje slika (12) i podaci za poboljšanje koje će se prikazati, obrađeni na integrirani način i prikazani.
5. Sustav prema 3. ili 4. patentnom zahtjevu naznačen time da animacijski modul (22) uključuje realizacijski modul (26) koji je konfiguriran da stvara prijelaznu animaciju (A), koja ima specifičan broj (N) slika, i pohranjuje je u animacijski spremnik (PA).
6. Sustav prema bilo kojem od 3. do 5. patentnog zahtjeva naznačen time da animacijski modul (22) uključuje animacijsku memoriju (28), konfiguriranu da pohrani unaprijed određene prijelazne animacije (A) u obliku računalno čitljivih uputa.
7. Sustav prema bilo kojem od 3. do 6. patentnog zahtjeva naznačen time da je animacijski modul (22) konfiguriran da odstrani podatke s uputama za poboljšanje iz kontrolnih podataka (S2) pristigle iz modula za analizu (14) u isključenom stanju (Z=2) te prenese samo slikovne podatke kao modificirane kontrolne podatke (S2b) uređaju za prikaz (18).
8. Sustav prema bilo kojem od 3. do 7. patentnog zahtjeva naznačen time da je animacijski modul (22) konfiguriran da modificira kontrolne signale modula za analizu (14) sukladno statusnim podacima (Z) na način da se prijelazna animacija (A) neprimjetno umetne pri prijelazu između uključenog stanja (Z=1) i isključenog stanja (Z=2).
9. Sustav prema bilo kojem od 3. do 7. patentnog zahtjeva naznačen time da je prijelazna animacija (A) dizajnirana kao virtualna traka sa slikama ili kao virtualni prozor ili slično tome.
10. Korištenje sustava prema bilo kojem patentnom zahtjevu u sustavu televizijskog emitiranja i/ili virtualnom prikazu oglašavanja i/ili u sustavu poboljšane stvarnosti.
