Claims (8)
1. Sustav za nadzor maziva kompresora (3) rashladnog kruga (2) za kompresibilni fluid gdje je kompresor opremljen prihvatnim otvorom (5) i ispusnim otvorom (9); pri čemu navedeni sustav (1) za nadzor sadrži detektor (11) stanja uključenosti i isključenosti kompresora (3), senzor (13) pritiska na ispusnom otvoru (9) kompresora i nadzorni uređaj (15) povezan sa navedenim detektorom (11) stanja uključenosti i isključenosti i senzorom (13) pritiska da osigura nadzornom uređaju (15) odgovarajuće podatke o radnom ili isključenom stanju kompresora (3) i protoku podataka tokom vremena za pritisak kompresibilnog fluida na ispusnom otvoru (9) kompresora, naznačen time što nakon otkrivanja nadzornim uređajem (15) prebacivanja stanja kompresora sa uključenog na isključeni, navedeni nadzorni uređaj (15) je konfiguriran da uspoređuje tok protoka podataka tokom vremena za vrijednosti pritiska kompresibilnog fluida na ispusnom otvoru (9), počevši od trenutka uključivanja u isključenom stanju, sa unaprijed određenim tokom koji je u njemu memoriran; u slučaju neslaganja između dva toka koja prelaze unaprijed određeni prag, nadzorni uređaj (15) je konfiguriran da emitira najmanje jedan alarmni signal, gdje je nadzorni uređaj (15) konfiguriran za uspoređivanje tokova pritiska uspoređivanjem vremena potrebnog da se pritisak kompresibilnog fluida na ispusnom otvoru (9) stabilizira ili dostigne unaprijed određenu vrijednost sa odgovarajućim vremenima koja čine unaprijed određeni memorirani tok; ili je nadzorni uređaj (15) konfiguriran za uspoređivanje tokova pritiska uspoređivanjem vrijednosti prvog i/ili drugog derivata u određenim vremenskim intervalima ili njihovih prosječnih vrijednosti u jednom ili više vremenskih intervala ili integrala toka pritiska od trenutka isključivanja sve dok se pritisak kompresibilnog fluida na ispusnom otvoru (9) ne stabilizira ili ne dostigne unaprijed određenu vrijednost sa odgovarajućim unaprijed određenim vrijednostima prvog i/ili drugog derivata, prosječnim vrijednostima ili integralima toka pritiska.
2. Sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 naznačen time što se u nadzornom uređaju (15) memorira jedan ili više unaprijed određenih referentnih tokova pritiska pri ispustu prema tipu maziva i/ili uvjetima rada ili se u nadzornom uređaju (15) skladišti jedan ili više stvarnih tokova pritiska na ispusnom otvoru detektiranih nakon isključivanja kompresora u stvarnim radnim uvjetima.

Sustav prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva naznačen time što nadzorni uređaj (15), nakon isključivanja kompresora, upravlja zaključavanjem svake veze i obilaznice između prihvatnog otvora (5) i ispusnog otvora (9) kompresora (3) i time što sadrži nepovratni ventil (17) smješten nizvodno od ispusnog otvora (9) da spriječi protok rashladne tekućine prema samom ispusnom otvoru.
4. Sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što nadzorni uređaj (15) je mikroprocesorski programabilni digitalni ulaz i ima ulazne priključke najmanje za signale koje šalju detektor (11) stanja i senzor (13) pritiska i najmanje jedan izlazni priključak za alarmni signal za aktiviranje zvučnih i/ili optičkih alarma.
5. Sustav prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva naznačen time što je nadzorni uređaj (15) opremljen digitalnim izlazom, povezanim sa prijenosnim sredstvima i u navedenom slučaju sa neskladom između dva toka koja prelaze unaprijed određeni prag, šalje preko navedenog prijenosnog sredstva alarmni signal u digitalnom obliku u najmanje jednu operativnu stanicu.
6. Sustav prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva naznačen time što nadzorni uređaj (15) ima kontrolni izlaz povezan direktno ili indirektno na sredstva za isključivanje napajanja (18) električnom energijom kompresora za njegovo isključivanje u skladu sa generiranjem alarmnog signala.
7. Sustav prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva naznačen time što nadzorni uređaj (15) ima kontrolni izlaz povezan direktno ili indirektno na rezervne kompresore kruga za njihovo aktiviranje u skladu sa generiranjem alarmnog signala.

Sustav prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva naznačen time što krug (2) i kompresibilni fluid su rashladnog tipa i navedeni krug sadrži, pored kompresora (3) i počevši od njegovog ispusnog otvora (9), najmanje jedan kondenzator (21), kapilarni ili laminarni ventil (23), i isparivač (25), navedeni krug (2), također, može sadržavati najmanje jedno sredstvo (27) za odvajanje ulјa koje ima ulaz i izlaz za kompresibilni fluid spojene, tim redoslijedom, na ispusni otvor (9) i na ulaz (21) kondenzatora i na izlaz za ulje povezan sa prihvatnim otvorom (5) kompresora (3); navedeni krug (2) može dalje sadržavati najmanje jedan od ventila za kontrolu protoka, obilaznice, separatora plinovite i tekuće faze fluida, ventila visokog pritiska, ventila za flash plin.
