Claims (14)

1. Elastomerni članak koji sadrži najmanje jedan elastomer i čestice istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata, naznačen time što: sferni ekvivalent veličine čestice navedenih čestica istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata manji je od 1.0 µm, pri čemu se sferni ekvivalent veličine čestice čestica istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata određuje pomoću sljedeće jednadžbe: Sferni ekvivalent veličine čestice [µm] = 2.21 / BET [m2/g], pri čemu se BET određuje kako je definirano u opisu; istaloženi kalcijev karbonat ima prosječnu veličinu čestica (d50%) u rasponu od 0.8 µm do 1.2 µm; i navedeni elastomer izrađen je od čestica lateksa od najmanje jedne gume koja se prirodno pojavljuje okružena proteinskim anionima, pri čemu je navedeni lateks od prirodne gume disperzija cis-1.4-poliizoprena u vodi.
2. Elastomerni članak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je sferni ekvivalent veličine čestice navedenih čestica istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata manja od 500 nm.
3. Elastomerni članak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što čestice istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata imaju romboedralnu morfologiju.
4. Elastomerni članak prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što je omjer čestica, definiran kao omjer maksimalnog promjera čestica i minimalnog promjera čestica, manji od 2.0.
5. Elastomerni članak prema zahtjevu 3 ili 4, naznačen time što je specifična površina čestica veća od 10 m2/g.
6. Elastomerni članak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što čestice istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata imaju morfologiju pločastog oblika.
7. Elastomerni članak prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time što je omjer čestica, definiran kao omjer maksimalnog promjera i minimalnog promjera čestica, veći od 2:1.
8. Elastomerni članak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što čestice istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata imaju skalenoedralnu morfologiju.
9. Elastomerni članak prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time što je specifična površina čestica poželjno manja od 20 m2/g.
10. Elastomerni članak prema barem jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je navedeni elastomer izrađen od barem djelomično umrežene gume.
11. Elastomerni članak prema najmanje jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što navedeni proizvod sadrži 1.0 phr do 40,0 phr anvedenih čestica istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata.
12. Elastomerni članak prema najmanje jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što navedeni proizvod sadrži, u odnosu na ukupnu težinu elastomernog članka, najmanje 50%-tež. navedenog elastomera.
13. Postupak za izradu elastomernog članka, postupak koji sadrži sljedeće korake: (1) osiguravanje kalupa; (2) potapanje kalupa u gumenu lateks emulziju koja sadrži čestice kalcijevog karbonata, kako bi se formirao sloj zgrušanog gumenog lateksa koji sadrži čestice kalcijevog karbonata, na površini kalupa; (3) sušenje koaguliranog gumenog lateksa kako bi se oblikovalo tijelo od elastomernog predmeta na kalupu; i (4) uklanjanje tijela elastomernog članka iz kalupa, pri čemu navedeni elastomerni članak sadrži najmanje jedan elastomer i čestice istaložeog kalcijevog karbonata, sferni ekvivalent veličine čestice navedenih čestica istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata manji je od 1.0 µm, pri čemu se sferni ekvivalent veličine čestice čestica istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata određuje pomoću sljedeće jednadžbe: Sferni ekvivalent veličine čestice [µm] = 2.21 / BET [m2/g], pri čemu se BET određuje kako je definirano u opisu; istaloženi kalcijev karbonat ima prosječnu veličinu čestica (d50%) u rasponu od 0.8 µm do 1.2 µm; i navedni elastomer izrađen je od čestica lateksa najmanje jedne gume koja se prirodno pojavljuje okružena proteinskim anionima, pri čemu je navedeni lateks od prirodne gume disperzija cis-1.4-poliizoprena u vodi.
14. Uporaba elastomernog predmeta prema barem jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 12 kao medicinski pregled ili industrijska rukavica, balon, kondom, poklopac sonde, zubna brana, dječji krevetić, kateter, ili kao dio odjeće.
