Claims (9)

1. Postupak unapređivanja toka ulja pirolize i ugljikovodičnog toka u jedinici za katalitičko fluid - krekiranje uključujući reakcijsku zonu, postupak uključujući korake: stavljanja na raspolaganje tok ulja pirolize putem napojnog cjevovoda ulja pirolize i ugljikovodični tok putem napojnog cjevovoda ugljikovodičnog toka koji je odvojen od napojnog cjevovoda ulja pirolize, pri čemu napojni cjevovod ulja pirolize uključuje ulaz za ulje pirolize u reakcijsku zonu i pri čemu se naslage ulja pirolize oblikuju u napojnom cjevovodu ulja pirolize pokraj izlaza za ulje pirolize; i naslage ulja pirolize se oblikuju na svakom mjestu između ulaza za ulje pirolize u napojni cjevovod ulja pirolize i izlaza za ulje pirolize napojnog cjevovoda ulja pirolize u reakcijsku zonu; uvođenja toka ulja pirolize od napojnog cjevovoda ulja pirolize i ugljikovodičnog toka od napojnog cjevovoda ugljikovodičnog toka u reakcijsku zonu; katalitičkog krekiranja toka ulja pirolize i ugljikovodičnog toka u prisutnosti katalizatora katalitičkog krekiranja u reakcijskoj zoni; i za vrijeme katalitičkog krekiranja, odvajanje naslaga ulja pirolize u napojnom cjevovodu ulja pirolize uz izlaz za ulje pirolize korištenjem glave za čišćenje, koja je smještena u napojnom cjevovodu ulja pirolize.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, dalje obuhvaćajući miješanje plina nosača s tokom ulja pirolize u zoni atomizacije unutar napojnog cjevovoda ulja pirolize prije uvođenja toka ulja pirolize u reakcijsku zonu, i pri čemu se naslage ulja pirolize uklanjaju nizvodno od zone atomizacije u napojnom cjevovodu ulja pirolize.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da uklanjanje naslaga ulja pirolize u napojnom cjevovodu ulja pirolize obuhvaća pomicanje glave za čišćenje unutar napojnog cjevovoda ulja pirolize između položaja uzvodno od zone atomizacije u napojnom cjevovodu ulja pirolize i položaja nizvodno od zone atomizacije u napojnom cjevovodu ulja pirolize.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3, dalje obuhvaćajući skladištenje glave za čišćenje susjedno uz ulazni otvor plina nosača u napojni cjevovod ulja pirolize.
5. Uređaj za preradu goriva koji obuhvaća: jedinicu za fluid - katalitičko krekiranje koja obuhvaća: reakcijsku zonu unutar koje katalizator za krekiranje čestica dolazi u kontakt s mješavinom ugljikovodičnog toka i toka ulja pirolize; napojni cjevovod ulja pirolize uključuje ulaz za ulje pirolize i izlaz za ulje pirolize u reakcijsku zonu; napojni cjevovod ugljikovodika koji ima izlaz za ugljikovodik, pri čemu je napojni cjevovod ugljikovodika odvojen od napojnog cjevovoda ulja pirolize; i glavu za čišćenje smještenu unutar napojnog cjevovoda ulja za pirolizu i pokretnu u uzvodnom i nizvodnom smjeru unutar napojnog cjevovoda ulja pirolize.
6. Uređaj za preradu goriva prema zahtjevu 5, dalje obuhvaćajući ulazni otvor plina nosača u napojni cjevovod ulja pirolize za miješanje plina nosača s tokom ulja pirolize u zoni atomizacije unutar napojnog cjevovoda ulja pirolize.
7. Uređaj za preradu goriva prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time da glava za čišćenje obuhvaća otvore prilagođene za omogućavanje da plin nosač prolazi kroz njih dok je glava za čišćenje smještena pokraj ulaznog otvora za plin nosač.
8. Uređaj za preradu goriva prema zahtjevu 5, dalje obuhvaćajući jedinicu za pirolizu za pirolizu toka biomase kako bi se proizveo tok ulja pirolize.
9. Uređaj za preradu goriva prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da glava za čišćenje ima oblik koji općenito odgovara unutrašnjoj površini napojnog cjevovoda ulja pirolize kod izlaza za ulje pirolize.
