Claims (13)
1. Spojni element (1) za povezivanje metalnog materijala (9) sa nemetalnim materijalom (8) ojačanim vlaknima koji sadrži najmanje jedno metalno vlakno (11), pri čemu
- spojni element (1) dodatno ima najmanje jedno nemetalno vlakno (12),
- naznačen je time da su najmanje jedno metalno vlakno (11) i najmanje jedno nemetalno vlakno (12) međusobno povezana i čine hibridnu tekstilnu strukturu (2),
- hibridna tekstilna struktura (2) ima uzdužno prostiranje (x-pravac) sa dvije krajnje površine (3, 4), i
- gradijent u odnosu na sastav materijala proteže se duž uzdužnog prostiranja (x-pravac) hibridne tekstilne strukture (2), a hibridna tekstilna struktura (2) je sačinjena od više od 50% metalnog vlakna na jednoj krajnjoj površini (3) i više od 50% nemetalnog vlakna na drugoj krajnjoj površini (4) i
- hibridna tekstilna struktura (2) je pletena tkanina, pletivo, tkana tkanina ili isprepletana tkanina.
2. Spojni element (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je hibridna tekstilna struktura (2) napravljena od 50% do 100%, poželjno 100%, metalnog vlakna (11) na jednoj krajnjoj površini (3) i 50% do 100%, poželjno 100%, nemetalnog vlakna (12) na drugoj krajnjoj površini (4).
3. Spojni element (1) prema bilo patentnom zahtjevu 1 bilo patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da je hibridna tekstilna struktura (2) pletena tkanina.

8. Spojni element (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da spojni element ima više slojeva tekstilne tkanine (2), poželjno više slojeva pletene tkanine, a slojevi su po izboru povezani jedan s drugim.
9. Spojni element (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je hibridna tekstilna struktura (2) izvedena u nekoliko slojeva, poželjno se sastoji od 3 do 5 slojeva, a središnji sloj jezgra ima najšire pružanje metalnog vlakna duž uzdužnog prostiranja, pri čemu su slojevi poželjno povezani pomoću petlji (13) napravljenih od metalnih ili nemetalnih niti.
10. Spojni element (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da svaki sloj hibridne tekstilne strukture pokazuje gradijent u odnosu na sastav materijala metalnih i nemetalnih vlakana.
11. Postupak za proizvodnju spoja metalnog materijala (9) sa materijalom (8) ojačanim vlaknima, naznačen time da u prvom koraku, spojni element prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva
1a) je na svojoj jednoj krajnjoj površini (3) integralno vezan sa metalnim materijalom, poželjno zavarivanjem ili lemljenjem, ili
1b) je na svojoj jednoj krajnjoj površini (3) integralno vezan sa metalnim veznim elementom (6), poželjno zavarivanjem ili lemljenjem.
12. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 11, naznačen time da je u sljedećem koraku, spojni element (1) pozitivno povezan na drugoj njegovoj krajnjoj površini (4) za materijal (8) ojačan vlaknima pomoću laminiranja.
13. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 12, naznačen time da se u prvom koraku, sprovodi postupak prema 1 b), a u sljedećem koraku druga krajnja površina (4) tekstilne strukture (2) je pozitivno zaključana na materijal (8) ojačan vlaknima pomoću laminiranja, a vezni element (6) je zatim integralno vezan za metalni materijal, poželjno zavarivanjem ili lemljenjem.
