Claims (10)
1. Sklop koji uključuje:
- uređaj za terapiju pulsirajućim svjetlom (1) koji uključuje dršku (4) koja uključuje bljeskalicu (10) i prvi apsorbirajući filter (12) za filtriranje svjetlosti koju emitira bljeskalica prije nego što izađe iz drške,
- par naočala (25) ili zaštitnih naočala za zaštitu operatera, uključujući drugi apsorbirajući filter (21) za filtriranje upadne svjetlosti,
sklop je naznačen time što je ukupna propusnost vidljive i infracrvene svjetlosti kroz prvi i drugi filtar dovoljno niska u rasponu emisije HS da operater ne osjeća vizualnu nelagodu zbog emitiranja bljeska, ili ga ne ozljeđuje infracrveno svjetlo, te je globalni prijenos manji od, ili jednak 10% u rasponu 580 nm do 1200 nm, drugi apsorbirajući filter ima propusnost od 1% ili manju u rasponu λc do λd emisije uređaja, koeficijent prijenosa naočala (25) ili zaštitnih naočala iznosi 20% ili više u rasponu 400 do λc, gdje je λc dulja od 400 nm, apsorbirajući filter (21) naočala (25) ili zaštitnih naočala ima koeficijent prijenosa manji od 1% oboje za λ < 400 nm.
2. Sklop prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što drugi apsorbirajući filter (21) ima prozirnost veću od 10% i još bolje od 95% izvan raspona emisije uređaja, pri čemu se navedeni raspon poželjno proteže od 600 nm do 850 nm.
3. Sklop prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je ukupna propusnost u rasponu od λc do λd niža od 0.1% i još bolje niža od 0.01%, uz λc kraću od 850 nm i λd > λc.
4. Sklop prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što je apsorbirajući filter (21) naočala (25) ili zaštitnih naočala plave boje.
5. Sklop prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što je λc jednaka 600 nm i λd iznosi između 850 i 1200 nm.
6. Sklop prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što drška uzvodno od apsorbirajućeg filtra (12) uključuje dikroični filter (11) koji filtrira infracrvene zrake i smanjuje degradaciju apsorbirajućeg filtera.
7. Sklop prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je uređaj podešen da emitira nalete bljeskova, naročito bljeskova emitiranih frekvencijom paljenja od najmanje 1 Hz, naročito tijekom vremena koje je u rasponu od 1 s do 1000 s.
8. Sklop prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što drugi apsorbirajući filter (21) ima koeficijent prijenosa od 10% ili više pri najmanje jednoj valnoj duljini kraćoj od λc, i od 1% ili manje pri tim valnim duljinama u vidljivoj domeni koje su dulje ili jednake λc, uz λc kraću od 850 nm.
9. Sklop prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je emisijski spektar uređaja za terapiju (1) uglavnom nula za λ ≤ 580 nm i još bolje λ ≤ 600 nm, i 100 W/cm2 ili više za 650 ≤ λ ≤ 800 nm i još bolje 640 ≤ λ ≤ 830 nm, te naročito 500 W/cm2 ili više barem na jednoj valnoj duljini u intervalu od 600 nm do 850 nm.
10. Ne-terapijska upotreba naočala ili zaštitnih naočala kao što je definirano u bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva za filtriranje svjetlosti koju emitira drška.
