Claims (5)

1. Električna/elektronska kontrolna oprema za grijanje metalnih obradaka (1) koja sadrži slijedeće dijelove: podesivi upravljač snage (2), regulator za prikupljanje podataka i grijanje (3), transformator snage (4); podesivi upravljač snage (2) sadrži ispravljač (21) koji pretvara "AC" napon u "DC", filter (22), sklop za izmjenu (23), upravljačku jedinicu mikroprocesora (24) i po izboru "DC" ili "AC" izlaz; regulator za prikupljanje podataka i grijanje (3) sadrži ulaze (31), osjetnike (32) procesnu jedinicu (33), digitalne/analogne izlaze (34) naznačena time što navedeni sklop za izmjenu (23) je IGBT mreža tranzistora ili bipolarni tranzistori s izoliranom upravljačkom elektrodom koji se mogu upravljati jedinicom za pulsno-širinsku modulaciju ili postupkom PWM upravljanja, navedeni tranzistori uključuju i isključuju "DC", dobivajući izlaz varijabilne frekvencije i napona i navedeni IGBT ili bipolarni tranzistori s izoliranom upravljačkom elektrodom se uključuju i kontroliraju upravljačkom jedinicom mikroprocesora (24); navedeni regulator za prikupljanje podataka i grijanje (3) sadrži HMI sučelje ili sučelje čovjek stroj (34) i standardnu "Ethernet IP" komunikaciju; navedeni transformator snage (4) ima sekundarni namot (41) i primarni namot (42) koji svaki imaju odgovarajući ulaz (43) i izlaz (44) spojene na podesivi upravljač snage (2) koji pretvara vrijednosti napona i struje u toplinu; te navedeni transformator snage (4) sadrži ekstrudirane šupljine za optok rashladne vode (43) u njegovoj sekundarnoj jezgri (41).
2. Električna/elektronska kontrolna oprema prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što iz upravljanja regulatorom za prikupljanje podataka i grijanje (3), podesivi upravljač snage (2) osigurava transformatoru snage (4) svu potrebnu energiju tijekom grijanja i odgovoran je za opskrbu cjelokupne potrebe za toplinskom energijom.
3. Električna/elektronska kontrolna oprema prema patentnom zahtjevima 1 i 2, naznačena time što podesivi upravljač snage (2) stvara podesive napone i frekvencije, koje mogu biti ili trofazni i/ili jednofazni, kroz različite prethodno postavljene parametre.
4. Električna/elektronska kontrolna oprema prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što podesivi upravljač snage (2) provodi kontrolu u zatvorenom krugu "PID" - proporcionalni integrirani derivirajući regulator (PID regulatora) primljenih signala iz regulatora za prikupljanje podataka i grijanje (3), putem njegovih unaprijed postavljenih parametara.
5. Električna/elektronska kontrolna oprema prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što je regulator za prikupljanje podataka i grijanje (3) mikroprocesorski uređaj sastavljen od ulaza (31) u obliku osjetnika temperature (32) ili toplinskih kamera, brojila električne struje i napona itd., procesorske jedinice (33), digitalnih/analognih izlaza (34), CIP (kontrolni i informacijski protokol) "Ethernet IP" komunikacijskog standarda, te "HMI" (sučelja čovjek stroj) (35).
