Claims (10)

1. Sušara (10) sa kontinuiranim tijekom kojom se materijal (14) suši toplim zrakom (24) u dvije dionice (20, 22) sa uređajem (28) za dotok svježeg zraka kojim se dovodi sveži zrak (26) kao dovodni zrak (32) u jednu dionicu (20), sa uređajem (38) za recirkulaciju ispušnog zraka kojim se odvodi ispušni zrak (34) iz druge dionice (22) i vraća ispušni zrak (34), kao dovodni zrak (42), kroz cijev (40) za recirkulaciju u drugu dionicu (22), i sa razmjenjivačem (54) topline, kroz koji se provodi svježi zrak (26), odnosno ispušni zrak (34), kojim se otpadna toplina ispušnog zraka (34) prenosi na svježi zrak (26), pri čemu kroz dvije dionice (20, 22), jednu za drugom, materijal (14) prolazi u transportnom smjeru (18), pri čemu se od cijevi (40) za recirkulaciju odvaja cijev (50), kojim se izdvojeni ispušni zrak (34) provodi do razmjenjivača (54) topline i kroz njega, naznačena time, što je predviđen uređaj (68, 70) za odvođenje, kojim se odvodi jedan dio ovog izdvojenog ispušnog zraka (34) iz sušare (10) sa kontinuiranim tijekom.
2. Sušara sa kontinuiranim tijekom prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time, što je uređaj (68, 70) za odvođenje postavljen iza razmjenjivača (54) topline u smjeru tijeka ispušnog zraka (34).
3. Sušara sa kontinuiranim tijekom prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačena time, što je predviđen uređaj (38, 46, 52, 64, 70) kojim se upravlja količinom uklonjenog ispušnog zraka (34) u odnosu na količinu povratnog ispušnog zraka (34).
4. Sušara sa kontinuiranim tijekom prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačena time, što su predviđene prva i druga dionica, kroz koje, jednu za drugom, prolazi materijal (14) u transportnom smjeru (18), gdje su izrađeni uređaj (28) za dotok svježeg zraka kojim se dovodi sveži zrak (26) kao dovodni zrak (32) u prvu dionicu (20), i uređaj (38) za recirkulaciju ispušnog zraka kojim se uklanja ispušni zrak (34) iz druge dionice (22) i vraća kao dovodni zrak (42) u drugu dionicu (22).

Sušara sa kontinuiranim tijekom prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačena time, što su predviđene prva i druga dionica (20, 22), kroz koje, jednu za drugom, prolazi materijal (14) u transportnom smjeru (18), gdje su izrađeni uređaj (28) za dotok svježeg zraka kojim se dovodi svježi zrak (26) kao dovodni zrak u drugu dionicu, i uređaj (38) za recirkulaciju ispušnog zraka kojim se uklanja ispušni zrak (34) iz prve dionice i vraća kao dovodni zrak nazad u prvu dionicu.
6. Sušara sa kontinuiranim tijekom prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačena time, što je predviđen grijač (30), kojim se zagrijava svježi zrak (26) prije njegovog dovođenja kao dovodnog zraka (32).
7. Sušara sa kontinuiranim tijekom prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačena time, što je predviđen grijač (44), kojim se zagrijava ispušni zrak (34), proveden kroz razmjenjivač (54) topline, prije njegovog dovođenja kao dovodnog zraka (42).
8. Sušara sa kontinuiranim tijekom prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačena time, što je razmjenjivač (54) topline dimenzioniran tako da se na njemu iz ispušnog zraka (34) kondenzacijom uklanja voda.
9. Sušara sa kontinuiranim tijekom prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačena time, što je uređaj (38) za recirkulaciju ispušnog zraka opremljen usisnim uređajem kojim se usisava ispušni zrak (34).
10. Postupak upotrebe sušare (10) sa kontinuiranim tijekom kojom se materijal (14) suši toplim zrakom (24) u dvije dionice (20, 22), u kojoj se sveži zrak (26) kao dovodni zrak (32) dovodi u jednu dionicu (20), ispušni zrak (34) odvodi iz druge dionice (22), a ispušni zrak (34) kao dovodni zrak (42) kroz cijev (40) za recirkulaciju vraća u drugu dionicu (22) i razmjenjivačem (54) topline se otpadna toplina (58) ispušnog zraka (34) prenosi na svježi zrak (26), gdje kroz dvije dionice (20, 22), jednu za drugom, materijal (14) prolazi u transportnom smjeru (18), gdje se od cijevi (40) za recirkulaciju odvaja cijev (50), kojim se izdvojeni ispušni zrak (34) provodi do razmjenjivača (54) topline i kroz njega, naznačen time, što se jedan dio ovog izdvojenog ispušnog zraka (34) uklanja iz sušare (10) sa kontinuiranim tijekom.
