Claims (10)
1. Postupak za dobivanje granula amonijevog sulfata uree, postupak uključuje dobivanje suspenzije koja sadrži ureu i, u odnosu na ureu, više od 20 tež.% amonijevog sulfata; podvrgavanjem navedene suspenzije fluidnom sloju postupka granulacije, stvarajući tako urea amonijev sulfat granulat intermedijer; dajući tekućinu koja sadrži ureu i, u odnosu na ureu, količina od 0-20 tež.% amonijevog sulfata, navedeni amonijev sulfat je otopljen u urei; predstavljajući navedenu tekućinu kao konačnu tekućinu granulacije urea amonijev sulfat granulat intermedijera, na taj način dobivajući urea amonijev sulfat granulat koji sadrži više od 20 tež.% amonijevog sulfata.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, sadrži dobivanje čestica podvrgavanjem urea amonijev sulfat granulata proizvedenog postupkom prema zahtjevu 1 odgovarajućoj tehnici za smanjenje veličine, poput drobljenja, mljevenja ili glodanja, i punjenja navedenih čestica procesu granulacije kao sjeme.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, obuhvaća predstavljanje od dvije do šest narednih tekućina za granulaciju postupku granulacije.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što je broj tekućina za granulaciju tri do četiri.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što konačna tekućina za granulaciju sadrži od 10 tež.% do 20 tež.% amonijevog sulfata, poželjno od 15 tež.% do 20 tež.%.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što suspenzija sadrži do 40% težine amonijevog sulfata, poželjno više od 20% težine i do 30% težine.
7. Urea amonijev sulfat granulat dobiven postupkom prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva.
8. Urea amonijev sulfat granulat u skladu sa zahtjevom 7, naznačen time što sadrži granule koje imaju više od 20% težine amonijevog sulfata i imaju kožu koja odgovara težinskom udjelu od 3 tež.% do 40 tež.% granule, pri čemu navedena koža sadrži manje od 20% težine amonijevog sulfata.
