Claims (5)

1. Uređaj za razgradnju amonijevog karbamata u odjeljku za sintezu uree postrojenja za stripiranje uree sadrži brojne cijevi izmjenjivača topline između gornje komore i donje komore, pri čemu gornja komora sadrži separator plina/tekućine za primanje mješavine plina i otopine uree iz reaktora uree, i pri čemu je svaka cijev izmjenjivača topline opremljena razvodnikom tekućine, uređaj nadalje sadrži perforiranu košaru za raspodjelu tekućine u sredini gornje komore uređaja za primanje tekuće frakcije ispuštene iz navedenog separatora plina/tekućine i za raspodjelu navedene frakcije preko promjera poprečnog presjeka gornje komore, stvarajući tako razinu tekućine iznad razvodnika tekućine, pri čemu su razvodnici tekućine raspoređeni da pune sve cijevi izmjenjivača topline otopinom uree jednako.
2. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je košara za raspodjelu tekućine perforirana s rupama promjera od 1 - 4 mm i poželjnije promjera od 2 - 3 mm ili da je košara izrađena u okviru mrežaste gaze.
3. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što su separator plina/tekućine i ili košara za raspodjelu izrađeni od nehrđajućeg čelika, titanija ili cirkonija ili poželjnije feritnog/ austenitnog materijala.
4. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je separator plina/ tekućine tangencijalnog ili ciklonskog tipa.
5. Metoda modificiranja postojećeg uređaja za razgradnju amonijevog karbamata u odjeljku za sintezu uree postrojenja za stripiranje uree sadrži brojne cijevi izmjenjivača topline između gornje komore i donje komore u uređaj prema zahtjevu 1 pri čemu metoda sadrži modificiranje gornje komore dodavanjem separatora plina/tekućine i perforirane košare za raspodjelu tekućine tako da modificirana gornja komora sadrži separator plina/tekućine i perforiranu košaru za raspodjelu tekućine u sredini gornje komore uređaja za primanje tekuće frakcije ispuštene iz navedenog separatora plina/tekućine i za raspodjelu navedene frakcije preko promjera poprečnog presjeka gornje komore, stvarajući tako razinu tekućine iznad razvodnika tekućine i tako da je svaka cijev izmjenjivača topline opremljena razvodnikom tekućine, pri čemu su razvodnici tekućine raspoređeni da pune sve cijevi izmjenjivača topline otopinom uree jednako.
