Claims (6)

1. Postupak za izgaranje vapna ili cementa, u kojem se proizvodi sintetički plin i opcionalno se upotrebljava zajedno s fosilnim gorivima za izgaranje vapna ili cementa, naznačen time,da udio metana u sintetičkom plinu iznosi više od 12 volumenskih %, poželjno više od 14 volumenskih %, te time, da omjer volumena metana prema ugljičnom monoksidu iznosi najmanje 6:10, poželjno najmanje 8:10.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time,da se kao gorivo upotrebljavaju odbačene stvari i/ili celulozna pulpa iz papirne industrije.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time,da se kao gorivo iskorištavaju frakcije bogate kaloričnim gorivim vrijednostima iz proizvodnje urbanog i industrijskog otpada.
4. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time,da se NH3 koji se stvara za vrijeme gasifikacije, ispire van i koristi se za odstranjivanje dušikovih oksida koji se stvaraju za vrijeme gorenja vapna ili cementa.
5. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time,da se fluid koji se koristi za ispiranje NH3, poželjno voda, cirkulira sve dok se ne dosegne prethodno utvrđena koncentracija NH3.
6. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time,da se sintetički plin proizvodi uporabom fluidiziranog sloja koji sadrži vapnenac, te time,da se tada fluidizirani sloj dodaje u cementni sirovi materijal.
