Claims (17)
1. Postupak za pripravu čestica krutine slične ugljenu, naznačen time, da kod vodene reakcijske smjese koja sadrži plastični materijal koji sadrži jednu ili više plastika koje se mogu hidrolizirati, birane iz poliuretana i/ili poliestera, i nadalje sadrži biološki materijal, gdje je težinski omjer plastičnog materijala naspram biološkog materijala 750:1 do 1,5:1, izazove reakcija pri tlaku od 2 do 60 bar i na temperaturi od 195°C do 225°C u prisutnosti katalizatora koji se bira iz kiseline, baze i/ili katalizatora na osnovu metala ili sumpora, tijekom vremenskog perioda od 0,1 do 48 sati, i kao rezultat dobije se suspenzija čestica krutine slične ugljenu, i čestice u suspenziji, ili čestice nakon redukcije vodenog sadržaja suspenzije, se podvrgavaju najmanje jednom koraku mrvljenja koji se bira iz:
- dodavanja organskog otapala koje se bira iz n-propanola, izopropanola, acetona, 1-butanola, 2-butanola, dietil etera, dimetil etera, benzena, toluena ili ksilena, ili mješavine dvaju ili više njihovih predstavnika.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da se u svrhu dobivanja suspenzije čestica ili čestica s povećanom frakcijom manjih čestica, organsko otapalo bira iz n-propanola, izopropanola, acetona ili mješavine dvaju ili više njihovih predstavnika.
3. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se vrši frakcioniranje čestica sličnih ugljenu.
4. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da:
a) se vodeni sadržaj dobivene suspenzije reducira,
b) čestice dobivene nakon redukcije vode prolaze korak mrvljenja,
d) se česticama dodaje organsko otapalo,
e) se frakcioniranje prema veličini obavlja sa česticama u organskom otapalu, i frakcije po veličini koje se dobiju, razdvoje se jedna od druge,
i
g) se dobivene čestice izdvoje.
5. Postupak prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time, da:
b) suspenzija prolazi korak mrvljenja,
c) u slučaju da je prisutna suspenzija, vodeni se sadržaj navedene suspenzije reducira kako bi se dobile čestice,
d) se česticama dodaje organsko otapalo,
e) se frakcioniranje prema veličini obavlja sa česticama u organskom otapalu, i frakcije po veličini koje se dobiju, razdvoje se jedna od druge,
i
g) se dobivene čestice izdvoje.
6. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 4 ili patentnom zahtjevu 5, naznačen time, da se u koraku f), nakon koraka e) i prije koraka g), ponovno dodaje organsko otapalo na dobivene čestice frakcije po veličini.
7. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da plastični materijal sadrži poliester, poliuretan, meku poliuretansku pjenu, tvrdu poliuretansku pjenu, srednje tvrdu poliuretansku pjenu, integralnu tvrdu pjenu, laku frakciju drobljenja, ili mješavinu dvaju ili više njihovih predstavnika.
8. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da plastični materijal bilo:
- sadrži ili se sastoji od poliuretanske pjene i gdje se reakcija provodi pri temperaturnom rasponu od 218°C do 222°C; ili
- sadrži ili se sastoji od tvrde poliuretanske pjene i gdje se reakcija provodi pri temperaturnom rasponu od 198°C do 202°C; ili
- sadrži ili se sastoji od srednje tvrde poliuretanske pjene i gdje se reakcija provodi pri temperaturnom rasponu od 198°C do 202°C, nakon čega slijedi mehaničko mrvljenje, opcionalno redukcija vodenog sadržaja, i dodavanje organskog otapala, nakon čega opcionalno slijedi centrifugiranje kako bi se izvelo frakcioniranje po veličini uz naknadno odvajanje sedimenta i supernatanta i dodavanje organskog otapala i na sediment i na supernatant.
9. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se biološki materijal bira iz celuloze, škroba, materijala koji sadrže celulozu ili škrob, otpadnog mulja, ugljenovog otpadnog mulja, biomase koja sadrži celulozu ili škrob, jatrofe, biljnih ostataka, posebice lišća, komada hrane, ili mješavine dvaju ili više njihovih predstavnika.
10. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se reakcija provodi u kiselom pH području, posebice pri maksimumu od 4,5; ili u bazičnom području, posebice pri minimumu od 8,5.
11. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se koristi katalizator koji je u osnovi metal i bira se iz željeznih soli i/ili željeznih nanočestica.
12. Suspenzija čestica krutine slične ugljenu, dobivene putem postupka prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3 i 5 do 11 bez redukcije vodenog sadržaja, ili čestice krutine slične ugljenu, dobivene putem postupka prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4 i 6 do 11 nakon redukcije vodenog sadržaja suspenzije, naznačena time, da:
- najmanje 90% čestica ima maksimalnu veličinu od najviše 75 µm, ili
- najmanje 50% čestica ima maksimalnu veličinu od najviše 25 µm, ili
- najmanje 10% čestica ima maksimalnu veličinu od najviše 1 µm,
u odnosu na opaženi raspon veličina od 80 nm do 42 µm.
13. Zamjena za crni ugljik, naznačena time, da sadrži suspenziju ili čestice krutine slične ugljenu prema patentnom zahtjevu 12, ili se sastoji od suspenzije ili čestica prema patentnom zahtjevu 12.
14. Zamjena za crni ugljik prema patentnom zahtjevu 13, naznačena time, da sadrži 1 do 99 težinskih postotaka čestica krutine slične ugljenu, 99 do 1 težinskih postotaka industrijskog crnog ugljika i opcionalno razliku do najviše 100 težinskih postotaka daje jedan ili više aditiva.
15. Obojena kompozicija, punjač, ojačani punjač, stabilizator UV-a, promotor vodljivosti, pigment, kozmetički pripravak, konstrukcijski materijal, plastika ili guma, naznačeni time, da sadrže čestice ili suspenziju čestica prema patentnom zahtjevu 12 ili zamjenu za crni ugljik prema patentnom zahtjevu 13 ili patentnom zahtjevu 14.
16. Proizvod, naznačen time, da sadrži gumu prema patentnom zahtjevu 15.
17. Proizvod prema patentnom zahtjevu 16, naznačen time, da se bira iz guma za vozila, gumenih prostirki, odjeće za zaštitu od vode, gumenih prostirki, gumastih nepropusnih cerada, brtvi i gumenih ležajeva.
