Claims (14)
1. Vijak za bušenje, koji je napravljen od austenitnog ili drugi osnovni materijal otporan na hrđu (1), koji sadrži dršku (12), s vrhom za bušenje, rezanje ili oblikovanje ili vrh s navojem (16, 18), postavljen na jednom kraju, i tvrdim rubnim slojem (2) na površini drške (12) u području vrha za bušenje ili navojem vrha (16) i barem u području navoja (15) uz nju, naznačen time, što se barem na tvrdom rubnom sloju (2) vrha za bušenje ili vrha s navojem (16, 18) premaz (3) galvanski nanosi barem na tvrdi rubni sloj (2) vrha za bušenje ili vrha s navojem (16,18), navedena tvrdi premaz sadrži sloj koji sadrži prijelazni metal, čiji je gornji sloj (4) načinjen od materijala za podmazivanje i odvođenje topline.
2. Vijak za bušenje sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, što materijal za podmazivanje i odvođenje topline sadrži metal, vosak i/ili lak.

9. Vijak za bušenje sukladno jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, što tvrdi ivični sloj (2) ima tvrdoću od 300 do 600 HV0,1.
10. Vijak za bušenje sukladno jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što tvrdi premaz (3) ima nazubljenu ili zrnastu topografiju.
11. Vijak za bušenje sukladno jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što tvrdi premaz (3) ima tvrdoću od najmanje 700 HV0,1.
