Claims (8)
1. Postupak proizvodnje filtarskog materijala koji sadrži željezo namijenjenog obradi vode, naznačen time što:
- spoj trovalentnog željeza reagira s bazom u posudi (2) dok se trovalentno željezo posve ne neutralizira, kako bi se dobilo željezni hidroksid i sol koja se sastoji od aniona spoja trovalentnog željeza i kationa baze,
- željezni hidroksid i sol se dodaje u keramičke membrane (6) radi ispiranja željeznog hidroksida iz soli u poprečnom toku,
- suspenziju željeznog hidroksida se dodaje to a tijesak s membranskim filtrom (8), gdje se uklanja dio vode, kako bi se dobilo ploču (10) sa sadržajem vlage manjim od 77%, težinski,
- ploču (10) se umeće u spremnike (12),
- spremnik se stavlja u rashladnu komoru (14), koja radi na atmosferskom tlaku i na temperaturama ispod 0 °C, u trajanju između 24 i 240 sati.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se spremnik stavlja u rashladnu komoru koja radi na -5 °C u trajanju od 12 sati, zatim na -7.5 °C u trajanju od 12 sati, zatim na -10 °C u trajanju od 12 sati, na -15 °C u trajanju od 12 sati, na - 20 °C u trajanju od 12 sati, na -25 °C u trajanju od 12 sati, na -30 °C u trajanju od 12 sati.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se spremnik stavlja u rashladnu komoru (14), koja radi na atmosferskom tlaku i na temperaturama ispod 0 °C, u trajanju između 24 i 48 sati.
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se spoj trovalentnog željeza bira između feri klorida, feri nitrata, feri sulfata.
5. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se bazu bira između natrijevog hidroksida, kalijevog hidroksida, amonijaka.
6. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se trovalentno željezo dobiva počevši od spoja dvovalentnog željeza kojeg se oksidira u trovalentno željezo u reakciji, uz upotrebu oksidansa kojeg se upuhuje u reakcijski okoliš.
7. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se provodi filtriranje kako bi se dobilo ploču sa sadržajem vlage manjim od 72%, težinski.
8. Postrojenje za provođenje postupka u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačeno time što se sastoji od:
- posude (2) za miješanje spoja trovalentnog željeza s bazom, radi potpunog neutraliziranja trovalentnog željezo i dobivanja željeznog hidroksida i soli koja se sastoji od aniona spoja trovalentnog željeza i kationa baze,
- najmanje jedne keramičke membrane (4) za ispiranje željeznog hidroksida iz soli u poprečnom toku,
- tijesaka s membranskim filtrom (8) za željezni hidroksid koji izlazi iz keramičke membrane, kako bi se dobilo ploču (10) sa sadržajem vlage manjim od 77%, težinski,
- najmanje jednog spremnika (12) za ploču dobivenu filtriranjem željeznog hidroksida,
- rashladne komore (14) za spremnik (12) s pločom koju sadrži, gdje navedena komora radi na atmosferskom tlaku i na temperaturama ispod 0 °C.
