Claims (5)
1. Cilindar za bravu koji se sastoji od:
- unutarnjeg kućišta (1) s rotirajućom montiranom unutarnjom jezgrom (3),
- vanjskog kućišta (2) u kojem je montirana rotirajuća vanjska jezgra (4),
- spojnog elementa (5), koji povezuje kućišta (1) i (2), spojni element (5) je pričvršćen u longitudinalnim provrtima (1b) i (2b), koji su oblikovani u kućištima (1) i (2),
- bregaste osovine (7) montirane između obje jezgre (3) i (4), koja prekriva unutarnji kraj unutarnje jezgre (3) kroz prstenasti kanal (14) formiran unutra,
- sklopke (10) koja uključuje prvi i drugi komutacijski element (10a) i (10b) koja omogućuje selektivno povezivanje unutarnje jezgre (3) ili vanjske jezgre (4) s bregastom osovinom (7),
- bregaste osovine (7) koja se sastoji od dva identična dijela (7a) isprepletena, u području prstena bregaste osovine (7), oko prve prijenosne ploče (9) s otvorom profila (9a), zahvaćajući prvi komutacijski element (10a) i najmanje dva zupca za zaključavanje (9b), povezanih u radijalnim rupama (9) u dijelovima bregaste osovine (7a) koji su međusobno povezani u području zubaca bregaste osovine (7), zatikama (11),
- prigušne opruge (12) postavljene u unutarnjoj jezgri (3) iza prvog komutacijskog elementa (10a), pri čemu je bregasta osovina (7) montirana u kanal (13) formiran u unutarnjem dijelu kućišta (1), na vanjskoj strani (1a), a gdje je montiran stupnjevani naglavak (16), čiji je unutarnji kraj prekriven kroz kanal prstena (15) unutra formiran bregastom osovinom (7), koji također uključuje i drugu prijenosnu ploču (17) s profilnom rupom (17a), koji se povezuje s drugim komutacijskim elementom (10b) i najmanje dva zupca za zaključavanja (17b) koji su povezani zupcima za zaključavanje (9b) prve prijenosne ploče (9) u radijalnim rupama (8) dijelova bregaste osovine (7a), čak štoviše, između obiju prijenosnih ploča (9) i (17) bregaste osovine (7) nalazi se spojna ploča (18) s centralnom rupom (18a), kroz koju je montirana centralna zatika (19) koja prolazi kroz njihove profilne rupe (9a) i (17a), te dodatno u rupi središnjeg radijalnog profila (20) formiranoj u unutarnjoj jezgri (3), koja je montirana tlakom opruge (25) i zatika (26), pričvrsni element (21) koji omogućuje zauzimanje sigurnosne pozicije na produžetku (22), aksijalno postavljenim u unutarnjoj jezgri (3) iza prigušne opruge (12), tako da nakon uklanjanje vanjske jezgre (4) prvi komutacijski element (10a) zajedno sa centralnom zatikom (19) može biti gurnut van pomoću prigušne opruge (12) u prednjoj poziciji profila rupe (9a) prve prijenosne ploče (9) omogućujući pričvrsnom elementu (21) ući u sigurnosni položaj produžetka (22), iza prvog komutacijskog elementa (10a), pa stoga blokirajući sve stupnjeve slobodnog kretanja prvog komutacijskog elementa (10a), kao i bregaste osovine (7), prema unutarnjoj jezgri (3), dok je u isto vrijeme drugi komutacijski element (10b) trajno povezan s vanjskom jezgrom (4) pomoću opružnog prstena (23) koji ga prekriva kroz kanal (24) formiran unutra.
2. Cilindar za bravu, prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je spojna ploča (18) slobodno rotirajuća oko centralne zatike (19) i izrađena od otvrdnutog čelika kao i centralna zatika (19), prva i druga prijenosna ploča (9 i 17) te stupnjevani naglavak (16).
3. Cilindar za bravu, prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 i 2, naznačen time da pričvrsni element (21) mora u sigurnosnom položaju proći na produžetku (22) nakon uklanjanja vanjske jezgre, dok je u normalnom radu cilindra pričvrsni element (21) postavljen u rupu središnjeg radijalnog profila (20) na prvom komutacijskom elementu (10a) u položaju, ne ograničavajući njegov aksijalni pomak.
4. Cilindar za bravu, prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, 2 i 3, naznačen time da je spojni element pričvršćen na dijelove kućišta (1) i (2) pomoću odgovarajućih poprečnih zatika (6a) i (6b), prolazeći kroz provrte (1c) i (2c) poprečno, kao i kroz kanal (5a) i poprečne provrte (5c) koji su oblikovani u spojnom elementu (5), nadalje na spojnom elementu (5), na mjestu gdje se dijelovi kućišta (1) i (2) spajaju, nalazi se oslabljen presjek, pomoću formiranog drugog kanala (5b).
5. Cilindar za bravu, prema patentnom zahtjevu 4, naznačen time da su poprečne zatike (6a) načinjene od otvrdnutog čelika.
