Claims (15)
1. Postupak pakiranja kompresibilnog proizvoda u komprimiranom stanju, naznačen time, da obuhvaća korak brtvljenja barem dva dijela polimernog filma orijentiranog u smjeru stroja (MDO) koji zatvara barem dio kompresibilnog proizvoda u komprimiranom stanju, pri čemu brtva ima vrijednost elongacije pri prekidu od oko 20 % do oko 100 %, izmjereno u skladu s ASTM F88/F88M-09, pri čemu MDO film ima izduženje pri prekidu u smjeru stroja od oko 100 % do oko 300 %, izmjereno u skladu s ASTM D882, a MDO film sadržava od oko 1 % do oko 90 % težinskog udjela jednog ili više polimera odabranih iz skupine koju čine polietilen visoke gustoće (HDPE), polietilen srednje gustoće (MDPE), polipropilen (PP), ciklički olefin kopolimer (COC) i kopolimer stirol-butadiena (SBC), a postotak težinskog udjela izražava se u odnosu na ukupnu težinu MDO filma.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da brtva ima vrijednost elongacije pri prekidu od oko 25 % do oko 100 %, poželjno je da brtva ima vrijednost elongacije pri prekidu od oko 30% do oko 90%, a osobito da brtva ima vrijednost elongacije pri prekidu od oko 35% do oko 80%, izmjereno u skladu s ASTM F88/F88M-09.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da brtvljenje podrazumijeva toplinsko brtvljenje, poželjno je da je brtvljenje toplinsko brtvljenje.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time, da je kompresibilni proizvod izolacijski proizvod.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time, da je kompresibilni proizvod od mineralne vune, poput ploče od mineralne vune ili valjka od mineralne vune.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time, da je vrijednost vlačnog puzanja MDO filma u smjeru stroja oko 0,10 % do oko 0,50 % po um debljine filma, izmjereno u skladu s ISO 899-1-2003 pri sljedećim uvjetima: širina uzorka 15 mm, širina stezaljki 100 mm, opterećenje 2300 g, 24 sata, pri 23 °C.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time, da je debljina MDO filma od oko 15 um do oko 100 um.
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time, da MDO film ima elongaciju pri prekidu u smjeru stroja od oko 150 % do oko 250 %, izmjereno u skladu s ASTM D882.
9. Kompresibilni proizvod u komprimiranom stanju pakiranog u polimerni film koji je orijentiran u smjeru stroja (MDO) koji okružuje najmanje jedan dio kompresibilnog proizvoda, naznačen time, da su barem dva dijela MDO filma zavarena i brtva ima elongaciju pri prekidu od oko 20 % do oko 100 %, izmjereno u skladu s ASTM F88/F88M-09, pri čemu MDO film ima elongaciju pri prekidu u smjeru stroja od oko 100 % do oko 300 %, izmjereno u skladu s ASTM D882, a MDO film sadržava od oko 1 % do oko 90 % težinskih udjela jednog ili više polimera odabranih iz skupine koju čine polietilen visoke gustoće (HDPE), polietilen srednje gustoće (MDPE), polipropilen (PP), ciklički olefinski kopolimer (COC) i kopolimer stirol-butadiena (SBC), a postotak težinskog udjela izražava se u odnosu na ukupnu težinu MDO filma.

Polimerni film orijentiran u smjeru stroja (MDO) za pakiranje kompresibilnog proizvoda u komprimiranom stanju, naznačen time, da MDO film, kada su barem dva dijela MDO filma zavarena, osigurava brtvljenje s elongacijom brtvljenja pri prekidu od oko 20 % do oko 100 %, izmjereno u skladu s ASTM F88/F88M-09, pri čemu MDO film ima izduženje pri prekidu u smjeru stroja od oko 100 % do oko 300 %, izmjereno u skladu s ASTM D882, MDO film sadržava od oko 1 % do oko 90 % težinskog udjela jednog ili više polimera odabranih iz skupine koju čine polietilen visoke gustoće (HDPE), polietilen srednje gustoće (MDPE), polipropilen (PP), ciklički olefinski kopolimer (COC) i kopolimer stirol-butadiena (SBC), a postotak težinskog udjela izražava se u odnosu na ukupnu težinu MDO filma.

Pakirani proizvod u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, ili MDO film u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10, naznačen time, da brtva ima elongaciju brtvljenja pri prekidu od oko 25 % do oko 100 %, poželjno brtva ima elongaciju brtvljenja pri prekidu od oko 30 % do oko 90 %, a još je poželjnije da brtva ima elongaciju brtvljenja pri prekidu od oko 35 % do oko 80 %, izmjereno u skladu s ASTM F88/F88M-09.
12. Pakirani proizvod u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9 ili 11, ili MDO film u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10 ili 11, naznačen time, da brtvljenje podrazumijeva toplinsko brtvljenje, poželjno je da je brtvljenje toplinsko brtvljenje.
13. Pakirani proizvod u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 9, 11 ili 12, ili MDO film u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 10 do 12, naznačen time, da MDO film ima vrijednost vlačnog puzanja u smjeru stroja od oko 0,10% do oko 0,50% po um debljine filma, izmjereno u skladu s ISO 899-1-2003 pri sljedećim uvjetima: širina uzorka od 15 mm, udaljenost prihvata od 100 mm, opterećenje od 2300 g, 24 sata i na 23 °C.
14. Pakirani proizvod u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 9 ili 11 do 13 ili MDO film u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 10 do 13, naznačen time, da MDO film ima debljinu od oko 15 um do oko 100 um.
15. Pakirani proizvod u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 9 ili 11 do 14 ili MDO film u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 10 do 14, naznačen time, da je vrijednost elongacije MDO filma pri prekidu u smjeru stroja od oko 150 % do oko 250 %, izmjereno u skladu s ASTM D882.
