Claims (15)
1. Uređaj namijenjen primijeni u liječenju tinitusa, koji sadrži jedinicu za obradu zvuka, taktilnu jedinicu i sučelje između njih, pri čemu:
navedena taktilna jedinica sadrži matricu električnih stimulatora namijenjenih površinskoj stimulaciji kože, pri čemu se svaki od stimulatora može nezavisno pobuditi kako bi djelovao taktilnim podražajem na subjekt, i ulaz namijenjen prihvaćanju većeg broja signala pobude od strane navedenog sučelja i usmjeravanju pojedinačnih signala pobude na individualne stimulatore; i
pri čemu navedena jedinica za obradu zvuka sadrži:
ulaz konfiguriran za prijem audio signala;
procesor za digitalnu obradu signala koji se može primijeniti za analizu navedenog audio signala i generiranje navedenog većeg broja signala pobude koji su reprezent navedenog audio signala putem dijeljenja navedenog audio signala u niz frameova u vremenskoj domeni, primjenom transformacije na svakom od frameova kako bi se generirao skup koeficijenata koji reprezentiraju navedeni frame, i mapiranjem navedenog skupa koeficijenata na skup signala pobude kojim će se djelovati na matricu; i
izlaz konfiguriran za prijem navedenog većeg broja signala pobude od strane navedenog procesora za digitalnu obradu signala i prosljeđivanje navedenog većeg broja signala pobude do navedenog sučelja.
2. Uređaj prema Zahtjevu 1, pri čemu se navedeni procesor za digitalnu obradu signala može dalje primijeniti za generiranje navedenog većeg broja signala pobude kao vremenski promjenjive sekvence izlaznih matričnih obrazaca, pri čemu svaki izlazni matrični obrazac sadrži skup signala pobude kojim je potrebno djelovati na izlaznu matricu u toku diskretnog vremenskog perioda, a reprezentira diskretni uzorak ulaznog signala u vremenu.
3. Uređaj prema Zahtjevima 1 ili 2, pri čemu je navedena transformacija koja se primenjuje na svakom od frameova odabrana iz grupe koja sadrži Furijeovu transformaciju, kratkotrajnu Furijeovu transformaciju (STFT), valnu transformaciju, curvelet transformaciju, gammatone transformaciju i zak transformaciju.
4. Uređaj prema Zahtjevu 3, pri čemu je navedena transformacija Furijeova transformacija ili kratkotrajna Furijeova transformacija, i pri čemu se navedeni signal odabire brzinom odabiranja od između 4 kHz i 12 kHz, poželjnije između 6 kHz i 10 kHz, a prvenstveno brzinom odabiranja od oko 8 kHz.
5. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od Zahtjeva 1 do 4, pri čemu se navedeni niz vremenski promjenljivih frameova preklapa jedan sa drugim.
6. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od Zahtjeva 1 do 5, pri čemu je početak svakog od frameova izmješten od početka prethodnog framea za između 10 i 20 ms, poželjnije za između 12 i 18 ms, a najpoželjnije za oko 16 ms.
7. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od Zahtjeva 1 do 6, pri čemu je navedeni procesor programiran da koristi dužinu framea od 18 do 164 ms, poželjnije od 50 do 150 ms, a prvenstveno od 64 ili 128 ms.
8. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od Zahtjeva 1 do 7, pri čemu navedeni skup koeficijenata reprezentira signal u frekvencijskj domeni, i pri čemu su koeficijenti mapirani na signale pobude na takav način da su koeficijenti koji reprezentiraju slične frekvencije mapirani na signale pobude koji su namijenjeni stimulatorima koji se nalaze fizički jedan blizu drugog u navedenoj matrici.
9. Uređaj prema Zahtjevu 8, pri čemu se koeficijenti koji reprezentiraju susjedne frekvencije mapiraju na signale pobude namijenjene stimulatorima koji su fizički susjedni jedni drugima.
10. Uređaj prema Zahtjevu 1 ili 2, pri čemu je navedeni procesor za obradu digitalnog signala programiran da analizira navedeni audio signal mapiranjem uzastopnih segmenata navedenog audio signala na skup karakteristika odabranih iz rječnika navedenih karakteristika.
11. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva, pri čemu je navedena matrica stimulatora izvedena u vidu pravokutno raspoređene mreže od

11. stimulatora koji se nalaze na jednakom uzajamnom razmaku.
12. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od Zahtjeva 1 do 10, pri čemu je navedena matrica stimulatora izvedena u vidu šesterokutno raspoređenih koncentričnih šesterokutnih pod-matrica ili u vidu kružno raspoređenih koncentričnih kružnih pod-matrica.
13. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva, pri čemu se navedeni procesor može dodatno iskoristiti za normalizaciju amplituda signala pobude kako bi se oni doveli unutar unaprijed određenog opsega intenziteta signala pobude.
14. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva, pri čemu je navedena taktilna jedinica izvedena u obliku tijela dimenzioniranog tako se postavlja na jezik ljudskog subjekta, i pri čemu je svaki stimulator izveden u obliku elektrode sa zaobljenom površinom koja se pruža sa navedenog tijela.
15. Postupak za konverziju audio signala u veći broj signala pobude namijenjenog naknadnom prijenosu do matrice električnih stimulatora za površinsku stimulaciju kože, naznačen time, što postupak sadrži korake:
prijema audio signala;
analize navedenog audio signala i generiranja većeg broja signala pobude koji reprezentiraju navedeni audio signal u vidu vremenski promjenjive sekvence izlaznih matričnih obrazaca dijeljenjem navedenog audio signala u niz frameova u vremenskoj domeni, primjenom transformacije na svaki od frameova kako bi se generirao skup koeficijenata koji reprezentiraju navedeni frame i mapiranjem navedenog skupa koeficijenata na skup signala pobude kojim je potrebno djelovati na matricu na takav način da se pojedinačni signali pobude usmjere k pojedinačnim stimulatorima; i
prosljeđivanja navedenog većeg broja signala pobude na izlaz radi prijenosa do navedene matrice električnih stimulatora za površinsku stimulaciju kože.
